If they have any sense whatsoever -- and it's no guarantee that they do -- they'll do what they need to do to salvage the relationship, and will bring in whatever coach Watson feels comfortable with. You inherit a franchise QB contract but have no draft capital to put talent around him for several years. Essentially it’s the same situation as Houston this year. To go to a worse team that, because of what it will take to swing this trade, will then lack the assets to properly build around him, is like a hamster on a wheel. Is is pure speculation and it surfaced big time after Richard Sherman, who Saleh was coaching last year went to the Jets and apparently Sherman loves Saleh and recommended Watson go there.. I agree with you here, but it is possible Watson has already decided he is leaving the team or that the relationship can't be resurrected. In that case, he's gonna get traded.
