Foster could actually be a nice fit there if they activate him. Lazard had a real nice game last week, but got caught from behind twice. In my opinion Foster had a couple years to show that he could step up and he didn't. So the Bills moved on. I think it was best for both parties. It was a great story: an un-drafted free agent, tearing up the league in the 2nd half of that season, but he just didn't get better. Maybe even regressed? His best asset is his speed, but he didn't develop in the more skills part of the game. Brown and Diggs, and probably Davis, made him expendable.
