There will be ups and downs but he's a quality coach. If he can get the offense going he'll win a lot more than he loses. I'm confident he'll put a competitive defense on the field every season. I was going to go with Marv Lewis. Good defensive coach, but question marks on offense. Good enough to make the playoffs, but not good enough to win in the playoffs.
