I think he's a backup who can come in and make plays, or the guy you want if you want to tank. They already have RG3 as a back up. That’s what confuses me about Baltimore. That’s the same RG3 who had one magical season running the read option before the hits ending a seemingly promising career. Now they seem intent on letting Jackson follow RG3’s path. I think Tyrod is great clip board holding material, but I think he is actually a good fit in Miami this year, no QB, low expectations, clear place holder for a single season. He can win you some games. I'm still a fan for the way he handles his business. Contrast him with AB this week. It's not hard to root for Tyrod. He protects the ball and might be able to eek out a win if his D balls out. I cannot see him being a day1 starter ever again though, his play is way to limited. He is a LOT better than either Edwards or Losman and is much better suited for a long-term backup role than those two, who did precisely nothing after leaving the Bills.
