The Chargers were banged up bad at WR last year and this guy didn't manage to get playing time. I don't know much about him but his inactivity last year doesn't bode well for success here. Obviously not the same guy he was 2-3 years ago but I think he could still contribute. Even if we were to go WR at 10, having him as a number 3 could be beneficial for us.
