Simon
He's probably trying to say that they should have been getting plays off with less pace. But that's stupid too, because the only time the offense ever gets in rhythm is when they run it with pace.
UKBillFan
With that response is ANYONE still confused about what the heck is wrong with the offense right now? Not only do they have to score, they have to do it in the ‘right’ way. And, despite no huddle, uptempo play working this season, it has to be abandoned because they may score too fast. Please, McDermott, do everyone a favo(u)r and resign.

It was First and Goal from the 7 yard line, with 2:35 left to play. We handed it to Cook for 1 yard, to take it to the two minute warning. We ran again with Allen and scored. Denver had 2 timeouts. There is no "go down at the 1 to run the clock out" scenario. It's just something you imagined would be better than losing the way we did, but just couldn't possibly have happened. He should have gone down in bounds”. You also conveniently left out the part where I said “force Denver to use one of their time outs.” It’s not just the 30 seconds off the clock, it’s them burning a time out. I get it, nobody is right all the time. I disagree with all sorts of pundits with real life NFL experience. Nextmanup
McDermott would throw his mom under the bus if it would mean Clappy keeping his job. Coaching change or no coaching change, this team is going to need a fairly substantial retool this off-season. If we wait another year or 2 and THEN fire McDermott, it will likely be too late relative to Josh's career.

If you go into a game wondering if Bad Josh or Good Josh is going to show up you have a problem. He makes too many damn mistakes and I’m tired of it. No accountability on the sideline. Doesn’t try to get guys going when he’s on the bench. Just sits there with a dazed look on his face. I’m over it. But unfortunately we stuck with him.
