78thealltimegreat
More then 31 million people watched their Thanksgiving game setting a viewership record for the early Thanksgiving game. I don’t think it’s because of the Lions either. With ratings like this get used to them playing on Thanksgiving way more often. 7 1 1

They have also played other top teams in Miami, Philly, and Minn tough losing by only 3 or 4.

Augie
I think it’s because we were the early game when everyone was pretty sober. And hours later……they just don’t remember watching the later games. 😋
jkeerie
I believe this. I was at my niece's for Thanksgiving, arriving in the 4th quarter of the game. Her live stream kept cutting out as we watched the game! She said it only happens when she watches Bills football games. Well...just as Bass kicked the FG and it was heading towards the goal post, the video cut out! Ahhhhh! What happened???? My nephew was watching the ESPN game cast on his phone, and knew the result, so we were happily relieved when he told us the Bills won! We watched the second game, Giants at Dallas with no video interruptions. BTW, I watched the first 3 quarters of the game at my home via video stream with no issues. I am hoping to catch a game replay so I can watch the game in its entirety, uninterrupted.

ChrisWatson#21
With so many AFC teams in the thick of things especially the east many tuned in to root against the struggling Bills. It’s not all love out there.

BUT, NFL has smartly paired great product matchups on Tday lately. —Lions much better, compelling —Dallas/Giants better pair —NE/Vikes compelling kudos to the NFL money boyz. 3 compelling games and is why they didn’t help snowbound Bills by moving Thu game to Sun. gone are the days of 2 really bad NFC pairs. America loves this team and who wouldn't? Even if I wasn't a Bills fan I'd tune in everytime they're on national TV, they're just a fun watch

Reks Ryan
NFL is more popular than ever. Fantasy, gambling, etc Giants & Dallas 2 strong fan bases and a big game in the standings. Bills are an exciting team and the close race in the AFC I’m sure had a lot of other fam bases tuning in looking for a Bills loss. Plus it was a close interes Just now, Reks Ryan said: NFL is more popular than ever. Fantasy, gambling, etc Giants & Dallas 2 strong fan bases and a big game in the standings. Last year's three Thanksgiving Day NFL games smashed records as well. Were all those people tuning in to watch the 0-10 Lions face the 4-7 Bears? An epic Dalton vs. Goff matchup? The Bills are an exciting team, but NFL popularity is ever increasing (with help from fantasy and gambling) and T-Day is a captive audience. Next year they will likely have even more 12:30 viewers, regardless of who is playing the Lions.

Assuming health.. add Jameson Williams to that offense and the Rams pick… that teams future is bright. Still, I’m sure Josh Allen helped. Up 12% is a good number, and I’d definitely be interested in what that number would be for Jared Goff vs say… Justin Fields.
