You definitely should consider the digital poster approach so you can swap posters with a few keystrokes.

shrader
This one is tough. I don't know if I could throw together a list and there's plenty of good stuff in here already. Scrolling through random posters online, I do have to say that the one from The 40 Year Old Virgin is pretty hilarious.

shrader
I settled down on a theme I'm happy with. The problem is that I need a third poster. I'd put this one in the center: Then to one side this: None of the rest work though.

Golden Goat
We have this one in ours. We liked the movie a lot more than most. Great casting with Crowe and Bale -- but Ben Foster stole the show, imo.

You know, I have always liked the poster Halloween II too, just something about the simplicity of I and the tagliine was great for me. The three that I posted, are the 3 I have framed and hanging. I used to have the original poster for all of the the big three horror franchises. I'm a sucker for horror movies. Even the oftentimes crappy sequels. I prefer this one over Empire mostly for it being simple, whereas Empire has a lot more in it. Although I have to admit that the teaser poster for Empire Strikes Back, which is Darth Vader's "face" with outer space in the background is absolutely spectacular. I do enjoy the 20th anniversary poster for Empire, because it's everything Empire.

Last weekend was the 45th anniversary of the release of JAWS. I finally cracked open the blu-ray copy I purchased about 5 years ago. Although it is one of my all-time favorite movies, I hadn't watched it in about 20 years...god, it is still a fantastic movie. If you ever get the blu-ray, one of the bonus features is a "making of" documentary. It is almost as good as the movie itself. In it, they mentioned that they did a handful of test screenings in theaters before release. It wasn't until the final testing that they showed it with the theme music. Spielberg said though it did well in the previous showings, with the music, you could just feel the anxiety in the theater. 1
