Hammer's Lot is like Monaco...........it's a country within a country. All laws are dictated by @Hammered a Lot and @mead107. The court jester @plenzmd1 will entertain as needed. 

@CountryCletus and @LeviF91 will be around with proper behavior and only the finest meats and cheeses.

Well, according to my son weed has been decriminalized in Morgantown to make him feel welcomed, and i am sure mr @Hammered a Lot would want to be just as welcoming for him
