Unnamed Bills and Sabres players involved with victim of sex trafficking

The Buffalo News, I think, has an axe to grind with the Pegulas. It has appeared they have had run ins and fall outs on a variety of issues with reporters and other things. The BN has exposed things about them they didn't like, such as their land purchases near the arena. Also, thought I read that the Pegulas stopped hiring the BN to do game day program printing, or something of that sort, I'm not positive. But, there should be some reservations on the validity on this topic, as the BN is solely reporting on this so far.

This women's date implications that supposedly occured at the Marriott seem vague. But, again maybe I'm mistaken, but I thought I read somewhere that Evander Kane lived there in a suite during his time in Buffalo.

See the prior post.  Those who paid for her services supported human trafficking.

And so do people who drink coffee or eat chocolate. This is nonsense.

There's no reason to exaggerate the point here. Bills players involved in prostitution, ok sure. Bills players involved in human trafficking, yea not unless OJ found a new hobby.

100 percent. I think it's a little unrealistic to expect a John to do a thorough background check on a prostitute. It's not the kind of decision you spend weeks contemplating.

Sorry...I know you are being serious...

Selling drugs = drug dealer.

Wouldn't a drug trafficker be the guy or group that brings a quantity of drugs into the country or state?

Yes.  Who took the traffic out of trafficking?!?

Jmo but nothing to see here. The oldest current Bill is Gore, right? He is 36 with pockets full of money. How many of us believe that he would spend it on a 49 year old heroin using grand mother? Now, do ya think that young players like Josh Allen are going for it LOL?

I hope that the prosecutor is successful in putting a pimp in jail, but my guess is that any Bills involvement (if it happened) was decades ago.

You’re right it would almost be as stupid as a 70 year old billionaire going to an Asian Massage parlor.

My guess is it had to be sometime around 2001 and 2009? Any ideas?

Jerry Ostroski just had that look in his eyes; In all seriousness, I fully understand that sex trafficking is a serious deal, but the notion that your average John is somehow strongly involved in the major offense strikes me as a bit ludicrous. I'm quite sure the woman involved didn't show up telling her life story. Just sayin...

Every Buffalo Bills player with the exception of about 4 or 5 players is new to the team since January 2017 when McDermott was hired.  My guess is the majority of these incidents tools place before 2015 when this prostitute was punched by the pimp in question.

So if the John was actually a Bills player, I doubt that they are still on the team.

This isn't human trafficking. It's prostitution.

Saying they were "involved" seems to imply they were involved in keeping her a prostitute, but what she claims is that they were clients. Big big difference there which makes for a misleading article and post by the OP

I'll confess something.  I lived overseas for a while in my youth.  When I did, I visited red light districts.  It was a victimless crime.  I got what I wanted, the girl got what she wanted, everyone was happy.

But the more I learned - from reading and from the young ladies themselves - the more I understood how I was feeding a corrupt, immoral system.  I had to stop.  Human trafficking is evil.

Please tell me they are former players!

There aren't many Bills left from even just 5 years ago.  And at worst, they just hire Bobby Kraft's lawyers.

Edit:  Hughes (7th season), Alexander (4th) and Lawson (4th) are the only guys who were with the Bills prior to the current regime.
