chef4131
In a draft that is very deep in talent at a position (DL). Why would the Bills trade up for a DLineman? Sincerely asking, Signed Sammy Watkins

Wiz
I believe it. Week 16 Pats ran at will against this defense--almost 300 yards!! Had to be sobering for McBeane.
Wayne Cubed
Ian R. just said on NFLN that he's hearing Jets definitely want out of 3 but not out of the top 10... We shall see soon enough what happens.

Max Fischer
If McBeane think Q Williams is worth the cost, I’m all in. He’s the best player in the draft, a true difference maker and would take the team to another level.

blacklabel
Definitely seems like this idea is picking up more steam the closer we get to the start of this thing. If they think Q. Williams is the difference maker they need on their DL then I'm fine with it. I have a lot of faith in this front office. I wouldn't want to see them sell the farm to slide up six spots and I'm certain Beane has a limit on what he's willing to give up. He's not going to move so much capital that it'll throw their entire draft off course. He has a calculated plan and if things line up the way he wants, he'll pull the trigger. And if Quinnen Williams goes on to become an All-Pro, no one will care what they gave up to get him.

Wayne Cubed
I think if the Jets are desperate, like the Raiders were in 2013, this could get done for just a 2nd round pick... and would be a steal! EDIT: Not saying it's the Bills but hey if they get really desperate, it could be. Edited April 25, 2019 by Wayne Cubed

BullBuchanan
I hate this idea. Picking a DT that high is a lose-lose from my perspective. If he becomes the next Aaron Donald, you can't afford to keep him, and if he doesn't, he's not worthy of the selection. Now that elite DT's are getting HOF QB money, there needs to be a massive market correction before they're worth investing in again form my point of view. They effectively cost as much as 2 equally elite players at most other positions, and there's not a great reason for it. ndirish1978
Williams is an animal. As long as we don't give up picks in the first 2 rounds of next year, I'm good with whatever we have to do to trade up.

SipCity
Pick 5 would be high enough to trade up to. No way you go to #3 for a d-tackle. Have too many other holes to make that move. I'd rather make moves in rounds 2 and 3.

Rufridr101
He's the only player worth trading up for that said I believe it makes the Atlanta rumor hold more water. If your the bills and that information about trading back with Atlanta is true definitely can see putting out some smoke for cover.
auburnbillsbacker
I think the Bill's and Jets should not hesitate to trade with each other if it helps both teams. The Patriots own the East and it might take collaboration to change things. As for William's, I would gladly trade for the best player in the draft if it doesn't cost us our first next year.
