I still don't understand why Dante Fowler took a one year deal. With the lack of edge guys, he would have made some cash no? I mean 14 million is nothing to sneeze at, but I feel like he would have got a massive deal today.

I was thinking the same. He at least would have got 14 per year on a multi year deal with a nice guarantee. He could have easily made it up to 15 and possibly l could have pushed the 17 that Trey Flowers received.

Daryl Williams still out there. That's alot of money for James tho. Maybe Daryl is cheaper than that.

I think he has to be because he is coming off injury, but I would say not much cheaper.

I just hope we don't wind up with like Ereck Flowers

Outside the box thought, but in theory you could sign Rodger Saffold to be your right tackle. He has a ton of experience at tackle and spent some time on the right side as well. Not ideal, but could be something they look at. This is merely my speculation.

13M per year is steep. I would expect Williams to sign a contract more on par with Morse considering his injury history. Absent that, the draft actually has decent RT prospects and I don't think RT is a position that you HAVE to have a vet at, we got the most important spot at C locked down at least.

Williams has actually been named All Pro in his career.  Even coming off an injury, if he passes a team physical, there is no reason for him to take less than James.

Especially ACL injury that happened a full year before training camp.

This is the reason teams are waiting to bring D Williams into there facilities for a visit. He shouldn't be signed before then.

Take it with a grain of salt, but 'The Score' here in Canada just listed some of their predictions for FA this year and it included

- Rosen to the Pat's for #32

- Colts (a playoff team with around $100mil in cap room to spend) sign 3 of the top FAs

- Texans (a playoff team with around the 4th most money to spend in FA) spend the most

- Jets strike out signing any of the big FAs and instead focus on trading back in the draft.

going to love beating the Patriots for the next 20 Years

According to @mortreport, the #Raiders will probably not sign former #Steelers RB @LeVeonBell because they don't have enough real cash [not a salary cap issue]

guess they should have already moved to Vegas to get some easy loans ,:flirt:

SIGNED: C Mitch Morse (Kansas City Chiefs)

AGE: 26

Height: 6'6" | Weight: 305 pounds

NFL Draft: 2015 - Round: 2 | Pick: 49

The Bills filled arguably their biggest need by locking up Mitch Morse on Monday. ESPN's Mike Clay had Morse ranked as his top center on the market and former Denver Broncos center Matt Paradis seems to be nearing a deal with the New York Jets. Morse is known for his pass blocking abilities and hasn't let up a sack since the 2016 season. The Bills reportedly will sign Morse to a four year $44.5 million deal according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
