LeSean McCoy allegations

Recommended Posts

Quick question... Was it stated that anything was stolen? I'm thinking jewelery might try to get pawned if it was a targeting robbery by someone not in the McCoy camp.

Doubtful he wants jewelery back for the immediate pawn shop value?

Can that practicing lawyer from GA on the board take a quick spin by the local pawnshops to see if anything has recently been pawned. Thanks.

Haven't heard much about the guy who actually beat her.   No leads on him?

If he was one of Shady's posse than presumably she'd have recognized him.

One of the stranger facts surrounding this - what about the guy that, you know, actually did the crime?  Are they trying to find him?  And since Shady changed the security system (but still had access, per the press release), does he have footage of the whole thing going down?

How bad did Shady need something at 3am? He absolutely needed something it could have waited.

Point is, only bad things happen at 3am. But then again, Shady wanting something out of his house at 3am isn’t breaking any laws either.

It's not that he needed the items so badly, it's that he has requested these item from her and she has refused to give them back. This is what gives rise to the possibility that he had his friend do the job for him by force. It just so happens that 3:00 is a good time to do it.

I am just joining in this discussion now (and have no interest in trying to look back through this 100+ page thread) so I don’t know what has been said and what hasn’t.

But I, for one, am going to take a total wait and see approach, and let all of the information come out.

Time me will tell what truly happened.

I really hope that girl is ok, and I hope that shady had zero involvement with this.

But I am not going to make any claims either way on anyone’s guilt or innocence in this whole situation until this process plays out more.

It will be hard to prove that in court.

thats based on what her side says... which may have not happened at all. Dude comes in, whatever happens, they know it’s Shadys boy, obviously they are leaches and don’t provide for themselves, the opportunity is there to cash in... “let’s put this all on Shady and say all they wanted was Jewelry”

it it ain’t that simple.... both sides will be heard.

McCoy hired a very aggressive Attorney in Don Samuel.   He's not effing around at all.   He's not the guy you call when you're guilty, he's the guy you call when it doesn't matter you just want to bury the other guy.

If anyone thinks Shady would/should go it alone if he's innocent, they're not too bright.

I don't for one moment believe that this chick was living in a house with no electricity for any longer than a day or so.  You need electric lighting to spackle that much makeup on your face.

Yeah, and 3 AM just so happens to be when she got home from her trip.

For what it's worth, I found this buried in some Instagram comments. Steph m is shady's baby momma. Appears to deny the child abuse portion at least.

Thanks for posting, I don't do Instagram.  Big endorsement when his ex will stand up for how he treats his son.

Her claims of what the assailant asked for are meaningless.

Not to mention the fact that it's July in Atlanta.  You NEED Air Conditioning!  You could not survive long down there without it.

maybe it was someone who knew one of the two of them, knew tons of expensive jewelry was there, saw her online posts and assumed she was out of the country and knew Shady wouldn't be around, so decided to take advantage and rob the place, not expecting to encounter anyone in the home....

I thought that I had read that some place too, but it's not in the lawyers statement and she seemed to include all sorts of granular details.  Guess it must have been turned off since "she has no access to arm or disarm the system" - and when she got home from her trip and entered the house, one would assume you'd have to turn off the alarm.  Or you know, the alarm goes off.

Interesting that the lawyer mentions they have "no idea whether McCoy was able to live stream or see the incident...".  If the power was off, to your point, the lawyer and victim should know that the system was not on so Shady wouldn't have seen anything.

Also, since there was not forced entry by the assailant, but this happened not long after she got home from Paris, maybe she just left the door open?  If the power was off and the alarm was off, the assailant obviously didn't use a keypad to enter the house.

Such a strange case!  This will make a good 8 part Netflix docuseries in a few years ?

I wouldn't be surprised at all to find out it was someone who knew them both, knew they were fighting over this jewelry, saw a house without electricity, saw the posts online that she was away in Europe, saw/knew that Shady wasn't around, and took advantage, not expecting anyone to be there.

Given the timing, the obvious messy situation between her and Shady, and what the thief wanted she would assume Shady was behind it.

Not convoluted enough!  You need to add about 85% more tinfoil hat to your theory...

The guy broke who broke into the house asked for cash and jewelry.

What did you expect him to ask for, leftovers, oven mitts, paper towel?

Maybe Grey Poupon?  It was an upscale neighborhood.

After reviewing 105+ pages of what we know, what we don't know, conjecture, opinion, theory, plausible, and implausible scenarios, and armchair legal analysis, I think there is only one conclusion to be drawn: Chris Ivory did it.

I bet it was Chip Kelly.

Exactly. How could they ever prove that unless it was recorded.

I wouldn’t be surprised if there is just not enough evidence, other than Shady knows the guy who did it, and it all gets dismissed or settled outside.
