Could be another barnburner against the Colts like this one!

I was at this game and was 15. It seemed like a blizzard most of the game. I remember my father wore just a top coat and he was freezing the entire game.  My buddy’s father sent him with a wine skin full of hard cider.  He got obliterated - I had some of his Dad’s hard cider a year later.  It was potent. I think we ended up at Bailos after the game for a beef on week. Nasty weather that day.

Last good weatherman in WNY is/was Don Paul. This current bunch can't predict the rain or clouds. But the snowline will be close to the stadium tomorrow.

If anyone lives in the area please report in the morning.

Its not expected to really develop until late morning/early afternoon and get organized...morning time might be quiet

Looks like Buffalo Metro area going to be getting inn on the action as well...Winter Weather advisory for 4-7 inches now...looks like lake snow will be shifting further north as the day moves on before shifting back south.

Lake bands still aren't well organized yet that wont happen til later this morning or early afternoon...from NOAA it said heavy snow after 3 pm

You do realize there is nothing about the Bills that makes them equipped to play in snow? Most of our starters are new to the team and have not experienced a winter game at New Era. The good news is neither are the Colts. Should be INteresting.

yup. that always seems to be forgotten... the majority of these guys grew up in warmer-weather climates .

OP is about to get slammed

Yeah, a special weather statement has been issued.  A lake effect band is suppose to get better organized and intensify,  and move north from where it currently is (looks like Colden and the town Boston hills on radar), and Orchard Park is in the bulls eye during the afternoon.  It's going to be real interesting.  I wonder If those of us watching TV will actually be able to see the game.

Holy Crazy field conditions right now. Props to any fan making that game.

This could turn into the Browns 6-3 game back in the day.

....LOL.......wonder if the Patsies will let us borrow their snow plow from the '82 game to clear a spot for "Steve The Toe".............

Special Weather Statement...looks like the entire game will be impacted:

"... A BAND OF LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL INTENSIFY ACROSS WYOMING... NORTHERN CATTARAUGUS... ERIE AND NORTHEASTERN CHAUTAUQUA COUNTIES... AT 1120 AM EST, A BAND OF LAKE EFFECT SNOW WAS BECOMING BETTER ORGANIZED OVER THE EAST END OF LAKE ERIE. THIS BAND OF LAKE EFFECT SNOW IS EXPECTED TO RAPIDLY INTENSIFY DURING THE EARLY AFTERNOON AND MOVE INTO THE BUFFALO SOUTHTOWNS. TRAVEL CONDITIONS WILL RAPIDLY DETERIORATE BETWEEN NOON AND 1 PM AS SNOWFALL RATES INCREASE. LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE... WEST SENECA, LACKAWANNA, DUNKIRK, FREDONIA, ANGOLA, HAMBURG, ORCHARD PARK, EAST AURORA, EVANS AND ELMA. THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 90 BETWEEN EXITS 59 AND 55. CONDITIONS CAN DETERIORATE RAPIDLY IN WINTER WEATHER SITUATIONS. "

OMG!! Its like a white out!!!

I'm surprised art how much heavier it is at the stadium. I'm in Cheektowaga and were are just getting a few flakes.

You moved from one micro-climate back to another! ;)
