Sitting here in the dead of night I have came to the realization that I have been on this website for over 8 years 

 

Plenty of times on the road this website keeps me occupied talking with Bills fans which is more than I could ever ask for 

 

Thanks to All of the moderators and site owner

And this is easily the best NFL message board in the country thanks to all the bills fans here... Too many to count and name

Coming up on being here, on this board, for 20 years now. It has been my go-to for all things Bills in that time. I feel more informed about our team reading everything here, versus trying to piece things together outside of this website. Been a part of a lot of great discussions with a lot of great people. Seen a lot of great people come and go on here. Had a lot of laughs and even shed a few tears. Wouldn't trade this message board, and the people on it, for any other.

Only 8 years?  24 years here and one of the few non-mods/admin who can say that.  @KOKBILLS is the only person here who has met me in person I think, and that was over 32 years ago (F!!!!) back in the days of our enjoyment of lavish buffets at the Township Grille Matthews, NC Bills Backers! Those were the days....

I've been here a VERY long time. My first connections were with a dial-up 9600 baud modem in Summer of 1996. My previous user names were lost when SDS upgraded the forum software. 

 

There were (are) some real characters back in the early days. I remember some trolls named Combo, Ice, and maybe a HogBoy. They have thankfully disappeared. Of course, who can forget the infamous Belinda.

Disagreed The original BBMB was awesome. There were so many weird characters on there. Some were absolutely nuts, but that’s what gave it charm. Reminds me of the internet in its Wild West days before everything got washed down & sanitized. Even Chris Brown posted there. The community felt a lot closer and there a lot of fun contests. People lived & died w/ their player predictions.

Definitely a fantastic message board and a lot of it due to enforcing of the rules and knowledgeable contributors. 27 years and counting for me. I have learned a LOT from the posts.
