sven233 Posted May 10 Posted May 10 There are rumors going around that it will be Bills vs Bengals on Sunday Night Week 1. THey said it on the Buffalo Plus podcast yesterday and I have seen it a couple other places too. If true, man......probably no tougher matchup for our overhauled defense to have to work the kinks out against right out of the gate. Not sure if this is what Allen will be part of announcing or if it will be something else, but it is something that's out there. 2 Quote

Bengals always start slow…plus they have a new coordinator, crappy o-line, lotta new players on defense. Best time to play them. 5 2 Quote

Beat them, and you're 1-0 with like 4 tough games remaining the rest of the year. Quote

Bengals are a terrible matchup for us, but at the same time it seems to take Burrow 4 weeks to get things into gear. I think Bills vs Chiefs and Bills vs Ravens are more interesting matches, but maybe they are saving those for later in the season. I'm not sure when SNF viewership peaks. Quote

Richard Noggin Posted May 11 Posted May 11 Hilarious if he's announcing something completely unrelated to the schedule, like some kind of streaming content development deal or a reveal along those entertainment lines (thinking of that Skydance Sports overall representation deal he signed a couple months back). It can't be the upcoming Bills/Hallmark movie, since Peacock just dropped Hallmark from their service. 1 Quote

I can't imagine them having back to back years opening on SNF I mean it's easy if you try. I don't think the league is concerned about next year's schedule at this point. 2 Quote
