Of course he can play in it-

I’m just saying-  most players prefer to not play in the cold.  They couldn’t care less about that advantage of bills fans standing in the cold.  It doesn’t matter if they’re more comfortable than the fans.  They’re more comfortable than prisoners in death row too.  It’s irrelevant.

player to player-  the large majority prefer to be as comfortable as they can.

Well Objectively you’re obviously correct

By a 2 to 1 margin, residents of the 13 westernmost NY counties polled against the state's funding deal for the stadium at all...

what? that is a completely different issue. We are talking about a dome or no dome. Not the funding issue. Fact is majority of Bills fans want a dome.

All your post shows is they are against an open air stadium funded by state. Thanks for helping my argument. 😆

There is nothing that shows the majority of fans want a dome

Including their polls

What is apparent is the pro dome stadium people are more vocal

no you have it completely opposite; it is the open-air minority that are most vocal.

this is what the study said. "Only 33% of Buffalo Bills fans are satisfied with the decision to not add a roof to the new stadium."

How many people were polled? If it’s anything less than 100,000 it’s irrelevant

And I don’t think that’s the bills research

Not on this board

This board is absolutely Dome or bust 80%… And they are all adamant why we need it

yes i agree. They are the vocal minority. They have even thrown up polls on this and other boards and majority vote for dome.

if you think 100k is the benchmark for accurate poll's then you don't know how polling works.

the +/- margin of error accuracy will change depending on the number of people polled but the general result is still accurate.

I’m saying if it was 5000 people polled idc

And the bills did poll 60000+ During their research and it was about 50-50… not 70-30

It's funny that people think he's just being PC about all this.

He literally insulted all you people who want a dome. He called you soft. It was very direct and personal.

If there's no funding for the stadium, there's no stadium and therefore no dome.  Those polled understood this when asked.

If the Bills were having attendance problems this time of year despite the team's success, ownership would be looking at some type of dome/retractable roof, but because Bills Mafia is there rain or shine, summer or blizzard, they don't see any reason to have to open their wallets any wider.

Our fan's loyalty is why we will never see one.

Having gone to see the Bills play in Minneapolis a few years back I cannot imagine how anyone wouldn’t want a similar facility in WNY. That place is fantastic and I’ve been to most, if not all, of the domed stadiums over the years. Minnesota was the closest I’ve experienced to feeling like you are sitting outside when you were actually indoors….beautiful!

Go to the games or don’t go to the games.  There’s no roof coming.   It’s settled.  There’s no meat left on the bones of this dead issue.   I vehemently wanted the stadium downtown.  The Pegula’s chose to keep it in OP.  I’m not complaining about it in perpetuity.

There’s a roof on your home, stay there and watch the game in comfort; eat and drink what you want to eat and drink, keep the company you want to keep, get the biggest flat screen you can and see all the great camera angles from the TV broadcast.  Pray the serenity prayer.

Bills poll was majority wanted dome. They worded it asshat political jargon and the results are goofy as a result but still majority still wanted dome.

I've been to both. Don't assume you know me please. Det and Indy are horrible.

one game is not always indicative of the overall yearly atmosphere. Those places are awesome on the regular.

about 55k Bills fans will differ with you on Ford Field.

even Metrodome when Gophers played the Hawkeyes filled w Iowa fans was amazing.

Can you name those 55k people since you seem so sure of yourself? And I never said anything bad about the Metrodome. I have no clue where you're getting your info.

I actually would rather have a dome for hot games than hold. I can heat up for cold games with hot packs and proper dressing but hot games you just bake

Agree.  Went to a home opener with my brother and they ran out of all water.  I got heat stroke and my brother had to beg to get ice to cool me down.

yes i can name all 55k and you said domes atmosphere sucks.

so i gave examples of Domes having great atmosphere. Even Hoosier Dome for Indy was awesome been there many times.

SuperDome also is crazy loud, as is Atlanta when they are winning, and the TransWorld in St Louis was also great home field when they were crazy good in Warner years.

I have also "even" been to smaller domes for football like UNI in Cedar Falls Iowa and the Fargodome in Fargo ND. "Even" those are loud and great homefield atmosphere. Much louder than outside.

and FYI when i said "even" Metrodome, that adverb was denoting an additional note you did not specifically ask for but fits the conversation and adds context.

Go enjoy your dome teams. There are more open air stadiums in the Eastern half of the U.S. No one complained back in the 60's and 70's. I'm a diehard domophobe. As are most of the cold weather fans. You think GB fans want a dome? Or Chicago fans? Highly doubtful.

No lol, you are wrong again. Most of the cold weather fans favor a dome. All polls show it. 🤷‍♂️

That's why cold weather games avg less attendance.

Look at Soldier Field tomorrow and you will see.

If they all loved it, they would be clamoring for tickets and they would not be selling for $4 and $14 right now.

and you are wrong about Bears fans too. Recent Polls show 70%+ want the dome in Arlington heights built.

and before that a majority always wanted a dome.

Bad comparison, I've had Bills season tickets for years. Every shifty weather game the past few years have been sold out. If your team sucks, you're not gonna sell out. The Bills are good so no one cares about a little wind and snow.
