2 of the following 3; Giants, Panthers, Commanders, make the playoffs

The Jets push for a playoff spot all season. If they make it in, 3 teams from the AFCE are in the playoffs.

This is probably the two boldest so far

Its easy to see the ways that the Pats or Dolphins make the playoffs but I don't think they both do. One of them sweeps the series between them and that's the difference

The Jets are going to end up being a team that's always in contention for a wild card but never is a real threat to the top teams.

Daboll is looking to right the ship and Dan Jones does just enough to get tagged in the off-season.

Riverboat Ron gets Carson Wentz going in a short yard passing offense and relies on YAC and Mclaurin keeping the defense honest.

Baker shows he isn't done in the league and (with a lot of help from McCaffrey) the Panthers turn out to be a surprisingly dangerous offense.

The teams with the most points at the end of the games win! Buffalo quiets MSM know it alls by winning a championship and Josh Allen is crowned Admiral of Space Force with Knox and Diggs as Lieutenant of the press and Key Master, respectively.
The Sabers meanwhile trade all draft picks for a locker full of ranch….and carrots.

I am going to do something I have never done on my bold predictions thread in all the years I have been on this board.... I'm going to take a mulligan on my Jets to finish 2nd in the AFCE prediction. It was largely based on the fact I felt better than most about a bump in play from Zach Wilson this year but he has missed most of the pre-season and will now miss the first 4 weeks and I just think for a kid who showed flashes last year but needed to really put it together consistently that is gonna be hard to get past.

So I have amended it to:

- The New England Patriots will earn a top 5 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. They haven't picked that high since taking Willie McGinest 4th overall in 1994!

BILLS vs. Rams

Bills win their 1st SB, and the party goes on for a week straight bender.  Old timers crying to finally see our Bills hoist the Lombardi.  My Dad just turned 92 and he’s been a huge Bills fan since the foolish 8, and before as he actually remembers the post WW2 Bills for a couple of years.  He’s the one I want to see this for more than anyone.  He’s in the NYS HOF for Baseball and Softball, has bowled a 300 game, has 3 hole in ones, and is for my siblings and I our hero.  I’m sure all our dads want this one so Bills team,  win it for the old timers!!

20-0 Baby!

GO BILLS!!

Thanks Zero.  That’s why I typically defend you because you are a respectful KC fan, that likes our board from time to time.  I do think the Chiefs will be better than some are projecting as some of our guys make emotional takes.  These two teams though are very evenly matched even without Hill.

We’ll find out in the next 6 months.  For me, you’re always welcome on this board from my perspective.  I do think you’re division is going to beat the crap out of each other this season.  It used to be the NFCW was considered the best in class division, but between yours and to some degree the AFCN, will canibalize each other.  The good news is you’ll be battle tested come the playoffs as will the Bills.

Peyton Manning owns both the record for the yardage in a season and most TDs in a season. It was a big deal when he tossed a lateral to get the yardage required to beat Brees lol.

He owns the single season passing yards record. Brees owns the single season total yards (passing plus rushing) record. Interesting enough, in the season Peyton set the single season passing yards record he ran for -31 yards for the season. Brees ran for 86.

The Giants haven't been over .500 in 5+ years...that's like one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind

1. At least six teams, perhaps more, will tank the season as a strategy.

2. Frank Reich won't be the first coach fired, but he will be fired before the end of the regular season.   Things just don't work out in Indy this year.

These three were pretty good.  dp only made two picks, but they were solid.  Turk hit it out of the park, though his picks weren’t terribly bold.  Zero may be the overall winner of the thread.

The rest of y’all…should keep your day jobs.

Yeah, but they were really close, 😛.  He got 12/14 playoff teams right and hit the Super Bowl winner.  He also nailed Seattle’s record, Kansas City’s defensive ranking and Mahomes’s stats.  That’s pretty solid.

Not really impressed by his predictions; no way he is the winner. As Big Turk said, he got a lot wrong, other than Jax winning the division and Seattle's record. The KC stuff: any KC fan would have said that. dpberr's prediction about Reich was dead on though, and hard to predict. Who were the six teams that tanked. btw?

Oh f*ck here we go again!

So here we go for 2022:

NFL wide

Colts miss the playoffs at 8-9 and the Jags win the AFC South at 9-8 thanks to TLAW improving big time and Pederson

NY Giants make the wildcard as Daboll organizes the team to maximize the players in their best positions and talent

Cardinals miss playoffs completely at 7-10 as their lack of defense especially in secondary and Hopkins out sinks their season

Derek Carr wins MVP as Raiders take division, but lose to Chargers in first round

Seahawks finish with the worst record in football leading to Carroll & Schneider being forced out despite first overall pick

Vikings win NFC North as Cousins has a great year and new coach maximizes their talent. They lose in NFC title to Bucs

Bills specific

Dane Jackson ends up winning #2 spot and holds it all year

Crowder goes over a 1000 yards and leads the team in receptions

Rosseasu helps double digits sacks and finishes ahead of Miller whose presence opens up his sack ability

Buffalo goes 15-2 and runs the table to win the SB. Allen wins SB MVP as they stomp the Bucs 31-14

Damn I nailed Vikings Giants Colts and Jags basically.

Bills had Von not gotten injured and Rosseasu has ankle messed would’ve happened.
