Captain Caveman
It may depend on who we play - Yeldon is probably better as a receiving option, Williams might be the better option if they feel we're going to need a downhill runner more. Dr.Mantis_Toboggan
Williams. Akers is balling as a rookie RB, Taylor had a good day today. As long as they are comfortable with his ball security then I see no reason not to play the rookie. Fresh legs, looked good in his only showing, give him a go. Doc
So then, who the Bills should bring up next weekend is clear as…mud.
Max Fischer
I’d rather not have an untested Williams pass blocking.

I joked Friday when they elevated Duke Williams, I said I was hoping for the other Williams, Antonio, but was more hoping they'd decide to go with three RB's plus T Jones, admittedly they never did that all season, go with three RB's. Thinking some more, Williams looked real good last week, but was playing mostly when Miami wanted to just go home by then. Would they want to risk him with the ball in a tight playoff game, with no real feel for how reliable he is WRT fumbling?
GreggTX
Of course Yeldon. Williams is unproven and Yeldon has always played well for us when his number has been called.
Mij yllek
just in case Singletary goes down, they may decide to dress both Williams and Yeldon.
CaptnCoke11
I agree with the both crowd. Yeldon can be a nice change up on third downs

They don't seem to trust Singletary in those power running situations (goal line and toward the end of the game). I think Williams could feel that role...give them some angry runs. Not to fear, Daboll has rediscovered the QB sweep.

Brianmoorman4jesus
Yeldon is a good player. Him being inactive every week is as puzzling as it is infuriating. At this stage I just routinely forget he’s even on the team. I think he brings a lot to the table and I think we have wasted him first 2 years. Hopefully he gets a shot here and I hope he makes it impossible to not play him every week. Go Bills!!

Green Lightning
I'd be concerned with Williams in pass pro. He's the change of pace back for power, but PS to the playoffs is a big damn leap.
dgrochester55
Williams would be my choice if it was an injury half way thorough the season, but being a playoff game I would go with Yeldon. Less exciting and less upside, but a proven veteran who can pass block and make catches out of the backfield.

Not a huge fan of thrusting a rookie RB into the playoffs and trusting him not get the QB killed, but Yeldon scares me just as much as Williams does.. and I saw more from Williams than I did Yeldon. Yeldon could get the nod based on his blocking though. I think experience is very valuable. Williams looks like a similar runner to Moss but his inexperience does worry me.
ganesh
They had a chance to play Yeldon and give him all the carries against Miami. They did not and went to Williams. I have to assume that at this point Williams gets the call this time.
78thealltimegreat
I know TJ Yeldon is next man up but today showed we really need a back to push the pile seems like Antonio might be worth at least a look this week in practice Edited January 10, 2021 by 78thealltimegreat
