I am as Pro-Allen as anyone here, but I think the B+ is valid considering those, the misses to Brown and Knox in the endzone, and shorting the pass to Beasley that would have been six. Those little things need to be cleaned up as the season progresses. Those two fumbles just can't happen, but otherwise he was still dominant as a rusher and he utilized his offensive weapons in the passing game flawlessly (except the missed TD to Brown). Hoping we can get the run game going more. Hopefully it is just that the Jets have a good defensive line or that the offensive line needed a game to gel and get back to form. Maybe this is a better way to look at it... One of his best games throwing the ball, and his running was good, but he's gotta hold the ball. While Knox in the 1st half was a tougher throw, he was alone in the endzone. And of course the Brown one, ouch. And yeah, the two fumbles. But all the nice runs, throws, control, just a playmaker. And no doubt, I was laughing at the haters on this board when Knox made the catch to make it over 300 yards. I DONT CARE but so many here did, at least that's one topic we are rid of this year ha ha. Scrambling throwing on the run and missing happens. Gotta clean it up if possible, but I'm not going to go crazy over it.
