In OT, in the playoffs, ALL reviews will be initiated by the booth. So, IOW, they are closely watching EVERY play, and if they see something that needs further review, and/or see something that they think they may want to change, they'll radio down to the field to hold up things. It's just not fair game for defense. They don't call obvious holding on pass rushers and they let OPI go all the time. They have gotten better at calling pick plays but still let WRs push off.
