Lol and now he's injured again. Hilarious!

Foot?  Dang. I want him to be a decoy so they can win. Don't want Cheaters having home field.

This thread went dead quick.

uugh Sammy Watkins.

very good football player, also a big P@ssy

hard to forgive the 'little people' comment

but it's not his fault he was traded up for

conflicted

No, not his fault at all.

That would be Whaleys fault.

Epic blunder

Still if drafted later in 1st or 2nd production is not there.

Especially when compared to peers in the draft.

then the social media.

yet there is something I love about the knucklehead.

This Colts/Chiefs game is all about "conflicted" for a Bills fan..........and Sammy Watkins is the least of it.

Passed on hometown hero Reich to select McDermott...........then McDermott hands KC the best player in the NFL in his first draft.

Hey..........at least the Bills are REALLY relevant in the playoffs for the first time in a couple decades.?

Would Reich have brought Luck with him?

And good, he’s back. And nice grab.

Every Watkins thread is a testament to how hard it is to admit you're wrong on the internet. Julio Jones?

I'm really hoping Reggie Ragland can muster a tackle in the 2nd half so we can lament losing the next Luke Kuechly.

You might want to review the team rankings under Whaley vs the current team.  That 2014 team would have curb stomped the 2017 team.

And Watkins would have led the way - if he played!!! BTW, I see Whaley is again employed by an NFL franchise - NOT!!!

He was paid on talent / ability , and that drives the market. Production may be related to a stystem or other circumstances so production alone doesn’t drive the market. The market cannot be wrong, as it is just what a team is willing to pay for acquiring talent. When that doesn’t equal value to the team, the player will be released / traded or whatever.

The eyeballs.

Watkins looked pretty okay there. The guy has talent. Folks who say otherwise just have an axe to grind/ had their feelings hurt by Sammy’s social media comments. That’s pretty much it.

We will see where he plays in 2019 - bet he is cast off again! No ax to grind just facts; never lived up to First Round status - give Doug Whaley a call in his XFL office and ask him!

What happens with Watkins or Ragnuts is insignificant in a universe where your team traded away the chance to select the NFL MVP.

Wait till Mahomes or Lynn beats Belichek...

Playing in Kansas City; you do know the likelihood of the Chiefs winning!! Not like it will be earth shattering

You believe talent wise  Zay Jones is comparable to Sammy Watkins ? Credibility  lost. Foster was a 5 star recruit out of HS ( still not as talented as Watkins) but Zay Jones ? Talent and production are two different things, but Jones doesn’t reside in the same talent universe as Sammy Watkins. As for relative to the other Bills this season or last, yes I will comfortably agree with the poster referenced that Watkins is far more talented than any of them.

Yup, a real HOFer!

It's insanity.

Has any player produced LESS for more accolades than Sammy Watkins EVER?

Not to mention his price tag, which the Sammyphiles always point to as evidence of his greatness (they do this with Dareus too).

Funny how they don't apply the same logic to guys like Cousins or Landry.

The agenda is clear: those who pine for Dareus and Sammy are more likely than not Beane/McDermott haters.

And no amount of recounting of the two players' shortcomings will change that.

SHUT UP. SHUT UP ABOUT MCBEANE HATERS. haha. Who TF is pining for Dareus??

Also I hear more people complaining about people complaining about McBeane than I do people complaining about McBeane. We just make the board believe there's this legion of McBeane haters when you keep mentioning them.

I mean really.  Fitzpatrick and Stevie Johnson produced more together than Watkins in a #1 offense 2 years running.  I don't get what world people live in thinking a $16 million dollar decoy is a good thing.  Especially when they are lucky to play a half season.
