As should the others, no?

Thus far there is only evidence of a fraudulent Texas registration.  If any other states where Warren is registered finds a fraudulent registration they should also start disbarment proceedings.

If disbarment proceedings in any one state rules to disbar based on a fraudulent registration, any other states where she may be legitimately registered will have grounds for disbarment.

It's in The Washington Post.............

Elizabeth Warren apologizes for calling herself Native American

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) on Tuesday apologized for previously identifying as Native American.

Warren, who apologized recently to the Cherokee Nation for a DNA test showing that she had Native American ancestry, told The Washington Postthat the apology was meant to include identifying herself as Native American while at a professor at Harvard University and the University of Pennsylvania.

"I told him I was sorry for furthering confusion about tribal citizenship,” Warren told the Post. “I am also sorry for not being more mindful about this decades ago. We had a good conversation.”

Shouldn't the headline on this be, "Warren Identified as 'American Indian' on State Bar Registration, New Document Shows"?

This reads like WaPo got this document, gave Pocahontas a chance to further apologize, then reframed the story

The only thing fake is Warren. She's busted in a lie. She's done.

I'm fantasizing about Trump holding a poster sized version of that card up during a debate and saying "You lied.  Why can't you just admit that you're a liar?"

Michael Goodwin: There's real news about Hillary Clinton (and everyone missed it)

</snip>

“She’s not running for president,” John Podesta, the chairman of her 2016 campaign, told CNN. He dismissed an earlier report that she was considering a run as “media catnip,” adding for emphasis: “I take her at her word. She’s not running for president.”

He'll probably sell t-shirts with her card on it.

I can't imagine she survives this. She has feverishly insisted she NEVER used her designation to get ahead. Everyone knew it was a lie, but that this leaked out shows how desperately the left needs her to disappear.

Quick, name a lie Hillary's never countermanded with another lie?

I’ve decided I’m a victim as to relive myself of any responsibility for antebellum slavery. Now, what kind of victim shall I be? I’ve got it! Christine Blasey Ford yanked my crank. She molested me and grabbed my penis when I was in middle school.

My posting this is very, very brave. And I’m a victim. My responsibility for slavery is now null and void. Yay!

Democrats Need To Find a Centrist Or They’re Doomed

Original Article

Not that a centrist will beat Trump in 2020 but it will be a fair fight

I love when Republicans tell Democrats who they need to run.  With Republicans not repealing and replacing the ACA it leaves the door open for Democrats to run on a platform focusing heavily on improving healthcare costs like they successfully did at the midterms.  I expect arguments over health care and ways to increase wages for the middle class to dominate the debates.

Liawatha is the last person I'd like to see as POTUS, but what advantage did her claiming to be a Native American give her while registering for the Texas Bar?

Likely none.

But it if she put it on this form, what are the odds she put it on her college applications?

This is death by a thousand cuts for her campaign.

Um, just guessing here, but that would make her both female AND a minority which would definitely give her an edge when it comes to getting government work & also would be viewed favorably on many RFP's.  (Probably even a good thing for a lawyer.  Definitely would be beneficial in other areas either as a worker bee or a business owner.). Could see where somebody trying to qualify themselves a a WBE or a MBE would like to have a woman or a minority taking care of the paperwork for them.

And if she didn't get a tangible advantage for it with her bar registration, she had the intangible advantage of not raising any red flags as to why she'd claimed Native American status on other applications where she did gain advantage.
