Dennison is an OL coach by trade and was an OC under only offensive minded coaches who called the plays. McCoy was an OC for only defensive HCs, meaning he was the lead man for the offense regarding strategy, gameplanning, game day playcalling, etc. He also has a background in QB development and the passing game.
