Yes, he did have a harder time this year but again, the finger injuries really contributed. Drop rate isn't perfect either, nothing is. There's always a question about whether something was a drop or a bad throw. It's not always clear. But it's probably the best single stat we've got, certainly better than catch percentage. Except for last year, when again he had hand injuries, he's shown terrific hands, not just good but excellent. 1 1 Quote

Yeah, you gotta guy who says he can see a difference in 2 guys when one is one inch shorter and 5 lbs heavier. There’s a job for him at the carnival. 1 Quote

He looks so skinny. Did he even look at the weight room since the season ended?? Sorry, looks like Josh more than Dalton. Even if it is Dalton, grainy pic. Quote

Just off the top of my head, he had what should’ve been a drop in the Broncos game (Bills rushed to the line of scrimmage and got the play off), had a first down drop in the Baltimore game that went through his hands as he slid, had another contested drop in the same game, and had the crucial drop in the AFC Championship. For someone who supposedly had the best hands in the draft, he wasn’t nearly as sure handed as I’d expect from someone with that billing. Got blown up on the 4th down sneak, and it was his fault they didn't get that inch there.. Also can't catch. Time to move on, no 5th year for him. Quote
JGMcD2 Posted May 7 Posted May 7 It's amazing that one grainy picture has erupted into 9 pages of bitching. Incredible, really. 1 Quote
RunTheBall Posted May 7 Posted May 7 I’m willing to give Dalton year 3 before I draw any conclusions. He was pretty banged up last year and had a very good rookie season. I doubt he’s been able to put on much weight if any while recovering from the PCL. To you guys who say you were at 5% bodyfat, post your stage pics. That’s a professional bodybuilders level of lean. The amount of time/training/cardio/calorie restriction that takes is beyond 99% of the population. Getting to around 10% is doable if you are strict. Getting from 10-5% is a whole nother level of pain. 3 1 Quote

Don Otreply Posted May 7 Posted May 7 Still lots of whining, like anyone here has the remotest idea of what’s going on with players on pretty much any level, me included, “he looks skinny” wtf people…, lol, 2 Quote
