Purdy is going to be exposed badly.

As much as I want the 9ers to win, there's just no comparison between Purdy and Mahomes. 9ers will probably find a way to keep it close but I think kc wins. But let's go 9ersĀ

For those interested, Puppy Bowl XX is Sunday, February 11 at 2 PM ET on Animal Planet: Team Ruff vs. Team Fluff will compete for the Lombarky Trophy. There are 131 puppies which will be narrowed down to 16 starting dogs. "Bark Purdy", a chihuahua mix for Sacramento, is the favorite to win "Most Pupular". This year also features the all-time smallest pup, Sweetpea, at 1.7 lbs and the biggest, Levi the Great Dane at 70 lbs.

Well Patrick Queen sounds like he's dying inside.

So the fate of me not wanting to put my head in the oven rests on Mr. Irrelevant.

28 million in cap space but a massive decision looming on Jones. Ā Thereā€™s a good chance that team regresses big time if they canā€™t lock him up heā€™s every bit as impactful as mahomes. Ā
Ā

I really donā€™t think we got outcoached in this recent game honestly. Ā  Bills were a drop away from beating the chiefs with freakin aj klein at linebacker šŸ˜‚. Probably one of the biggest liabilities that was forced into action for any team this year. Pretty much a masterclass game by Brady they just couldnā€™t execute one big play out of a long list of attempts once kc had to creep up to stuff the running lanesĀ

Reid absolutely pooped his pants with those timeouts before halftime gifting us 7 pointsā€¦really wasnā€™t impressed with him at all in that oneĀ

I don't see because they have so many very good young players on rookie deals and their offence will improve during the offseason. Bills and Beane have uphill battle because cap and so many bad contracts

Ā

CMC and Deebo must get the ball a lot. You can run on KC and that is what the 49ers do best. I think it will be close. If I were betting, I would take KC. I am not betting against Redi and Mahomes.

It's not impossible, please God, Purdy can run that offense well and it's going to be in a dome and the 49ers have a solid defense against a still suspect Chiefs Offense that performed as such against another good defense with the Ravens. They have the ingredients to do it but if I actually watch the game I'd probably be dry heaving the whole way.

Surprised Niners are favorites. Ā Feel like they won both games b/c the Pack and Lions pissed the games away. Ā Iā€™ll be pulling for the Niners tho. Canā€™t stomach another KC Super Bowl.

Refs will ensure that KC wins and CBS will show as much Swift as possibleĀ

Right, Ā they could have another 2 Superbowls, Ā who cares they are kicking our butts and we have won nothing for all these crazy contracts Beanne has handed out

Definitely early. However, that trade could end up as the bane of his coaching existence. Imagine having a QB the caliber of Allen, with one roadblock in the way virtually every year - and you helped put it there !Ā

11 other teams skipped on Mahomes and Buffalo was willing to trade down obviously so other teams had their shot as well. Nobody knew he would become what he did. The real road block is this terrible post-season defense where Allen has to play an almost perfect game to beat the Chiefs. Ravens held them to 17 points yesterday so why canā€™t we with all the money spent on that side of the ball ?Ā

Purdy going up against that defense is not going to be pretty.

Ugh I just donā€™t get this line of thinking. Granted everyone on this board knows I picked the Niners to win it all this summer, so I might be biased. But still.. Their offense is light years beyond KC offense and shanahan has 2 weeks to figure out how he wants to draw up the first handoff to CMC thatā€™s going to get them like 40 yards against the bad KC rush defense. No one hates purdy more than me but heā€™s going to have guys wide open all game long and will have an easy task.Ā
Ā

FYI, Niners are already the favorites for next years SB at +550. Hop on it now, might not see any odds that high for them all next year. By the way, We are +1,000.Ā

I'm actually stunned at how much rage I carry against the chiefs and Mahomes. Not for being better against our injured and broken roster, but because of how big of aholes they were while doing it. Like taunting the fans after they got that last first down? WTF? You're a multi-millionaire taunting middle class fans who just had to go through all kinds of effort to dig their way out of a freakin blizzard to show up and support their team, and you taunt them in their most painful ***** moment?Ā

Ā

Like I hope that Franchise gets nuked.Ā

Worse part about the Chiefs going back to the Super Bowl is thinking they will have 28 mllion in cap space to get even better next season and we again missed our shot. Ā Not only are we getting outcoached but KC front office has been crushing the draft and just filling that team with so many great young players meanwhile Beanne has us in Cap Jail locked into crazy deals for guys getting older and are no longer playing at a high level . White & Miller because of injuries and Diggs just getting old

You do realize that the Chiefs with that cap room have only 43 players under contract for 2024...and that does not include Chris Jones who is the heart of that defense.Ā  Nor does it include Sneed at CB.Ā  Granted...the Bills cap situation is worse, but I trust with the success of their recent drafts, they will get younger.Ā Ā

If there is any justice in the world, KC will get beat. Hard to accept thereā€™s another NE style dynasty so soon. KC fans are becoming hard to deal with. I still see that pass into the end zone falling short of Shakir and then Bass ending it. It should have been us.

How many players do we have under contract?, Ā they could easily let Jones walk after winning 3rd Super Bowl. Ā

Think im actually sitting this one out.Ā  After watching the Pats every year, now the obnoxious Mahommes family with an extra serving of Tay Tay, I think I will pass.Ā  Not to mention the nightly news has better commercials than the SB now days, and let's not talk about halftime performances.Ā Ā

LostĀ in Lamar choking another playoff game was the chiefs punting 5 times and scoring zero points in the second half. Yes they looked better vs the dolphins and bills practice squads, but it's still not the same chiefs offense. I think the 49ers take it.Ā

KC just lost Omenihu for the Superbowl. Thatā€™s a big loss for their DL. Edge to SF.

The Bills have 58 players under contract (which includes the futures contracts just completed).Ā  I suspect they will have to let Jones and possibly Sneed go as they both will command top money.Ā  There are other key pieces to their top defense that are UFAs after this season.Ā Ā

zero interest in this game.Ā  Ā im old enough,Ā  watched enough of the NFL,Ā  that im tired of it except when the Bills play.Ā  Ā i love football,Ā  but after multiple decades of garbage on and off the field around the league,Ā  i just cant care about the Super Bowl anymore minus my team.Ā  Ā im sure this matchup is what the NFL wanted though.

Ā

after we lost i didnt watch any of the games.Ā  quietly hoped Baltimore would win just to send the Chefs home but honestly didnt want Baltimore to win either.Ā  Ā NFC side,Ā  could care less about most of the teams.Ā  Ā im bitter and jaded at this point,Ā  not a gambler,Ā  so ill find something better to do.Ā  Ā hell,Ā  even the commercials during the Super Bowl are boring now.

They still have a lot of great young talent on that defence, Ā if they win Super Bowl he may want to move and sign his final big bag contract. The Bear have 46 million in cap space, Ā I could see them offering Jones huge contract

Ā

Are they really kicking our butts?Ā

Ā

The games for all intents and purposes are essentially even every time we play them with multiple lead changes and a few plays here or there determining the winner and the game coming down to the final possession.

Ā

Unfortunately our victories have come in the regular season while theirs have come in the postseason.

Ā

To claim they are "kicking our butt" is not only not true, it borders on nonsensical.

As do the Bills.Ā  There's attrition every year on every team.Ā  The teams with lots of cap space aren't paying big money to QBs.Ā Ā
