And price increases they are expecting they want to take as long to roll this thing out as possible to make sure they aren’t losing money in the deal. I personally would make the prime Buffalo Bills seat 10 times what they are now at the 50 yard lines. I would make them the most expensive seats in the NFL and I would wave no PSL’s on the cheap Bills seats if I was the Bills organization which I am not. I think it is a major mistake to charge PSL’s in the end zone seating where Bills Elvis is as example sits. Let the Buffalo banking and corporations in Buffalo finally pay the NFL national going rate prices instead of Buffalo home town discounts. While passing off there home town discounts onto Bob and Mary Bills fan that don’t have the ability to write off as business expenses. Buffalo Super Fan do you feel the Buffalo corporate boxes and prime seating pay enough? No I don’t I think this nonsense has been going on for years with the Buffalo Sabres and the Buffalo Bills while the cheap seats in the 300’s Sabres and end zones Bills pay for the Buffalo corporate community home town discounts with both teams. In big cities the corporate seats are sky high and the cheap seats are lower. Buffalo needs this model it is time for the corporate community in Buffalo to pay much higher prices then they are now. The Buffalo corporate community aren’t giving up center ice or 50 yard line seats they can write off as business expenses and if they do give up their corporate Sabres or Bills seats then say goodbye to the Sabres or Bills because the teams are no longer viable in Western New York anymore. But I don’t think they are going to do that when they can write off the seats. Poor Bills/Sabres fan Bob and Mary that have been in the end zones or 300’s or oranges for 40 years shouldn’t pay PSL’s that don’t have the luxuries of the corporations to write off the Bills/Sabres tickets as business expenses. Plus the Bills cheap seats have no roof or canopy whatever and no heated seats they shouldn’t be paying PSL’s at all. Also I don’t think we as Buffalo sports fans talk about this taboo topic why aren’t Buffalo corporations area paying more for their prime seats. All we hear about from the Buffalo News is what this community can afford. The Buffalo corporate community with the means needs to step up a lot more than it has in the past is my two cents on this PSL’s topic in my opinion. Go Bills! Let’s Go Buffalo

EasternOHBillsFan
My father would have loved to have been Project Manager for something like this... he was one of those troubleshooters who was sent to a job to keep it moving and the budget reigned in. He worked on the St. Lawrence Seaway with Uhl, Hall and Rich in the late 50s and later on the Niagara Power Project in the early 80s. There is a lot of Sopranos type crap to get anything substantial built in the state of New York... my father ended up having a hunting holiday on the Rockefeller estate when he was governor LOL 1

It was through my wife with a company in the IT world that is doing business with her. We seemed to be the token business related attendees to keep it an allowable expense. I was talking to the owner and he said he didn’t think they were going to have one in the new stadium as they expected the yearly fees to be in the $250k-$350k range. That’s just to have the rights to use the suite. Tickets and food are extra.

I know Ingram Micro had one and was pretty sure it was about $250k and you had to have the food and drinks stocked as well at an extra cost. It all depends on the size of the suite. Pretty sure a few years ago you could get a smaller one for about 80k a year. I’d imagine those will go up to about 200k with the new stadium. which is why I am certain that a lot of the suite season tix holders will likely opt for club seats in the new stadium. There will be multiple tiers of club seats in the new stadium With different amenities like reclining chairs, tables, food and drink packages, etc. I think you’ll see a lot of the smaller suite holders like the small law firm I talked about, just go with clubs instead. They will cater to the new suite owners and you will like see some big names that you’ve never seen before in Buffalo taking some of those suites.

SoCal Deek
A bit off topic but still related when considered in relation to all this talk of luxury suites. My google feed today featured two articles on football coaching/management home prices. The recently fired Defensive Coordinator for the USC Trojans is selling his home in suburban Los Angeles for $4.5 million. That article also says the Trojans Head Coach, who fired him, lives in the next door neighborhood in a home valued at $17.5 million. Whereas Brandon Beane, Bills General Manager just sold his family home in suburban Buffalo for $1.5 million.
