Week 10: Bills at Cardinals

YoloinOhio

Historically, games in the western time zone are challenging.  Games against a QB like Murray are also challenging.   Road games against a team coming off a tough loss are challenging.

It will be a tough game.  I hope our OL is back together and that Tre can go.  Big game to win before the much needed bye week.

What's been really cool all season long is how Josh distributes the ball around. Diggs and Brown getting their yardage, but TD's coming from Mackenzie, Kroft and Gabrielle

Everyone getting a chance to contribute!

Gabriel.   Masculine gender.

I'm definitely not a film dicer, but I just watched their game from yesterday and fwiw:

- Hopkins definitely knows how to get a PI call.  I think he got 3 of them.

- Murray (at least yesterday) much prefers to run/scramble right.  When he does run left, he doesn't look downfield.

- I think he had 4 real low throws.  That + Edmunds length might give him trouble.

- Their Special teams looked un-good.  Running the wrong way, letting punts hit and roll, missed FG.

The best qbs are the ones that distribute the ball imo. Josh is a guy that makes you defend the entire field.

It should be obvious this is a subjective view of competition and psychology.  Much like many here, I played all of the major sports through HS and various others into adulthood.  I've experienced the mental aspect and seen it play out all of the time.  I simply do not underestimate how it can seep into the mindset of professional athletes as well.  As I said, I think McD understands this, as he does a very good job of getting the troops ready each week.  Sometimes, it's not enough.  The more you are aware of that mental aspect, the more you can prevent it though....It's just my opinion man...

Fair enough. There are things I believe that cannot be proven, ie, clutch-ability. And even what you said.

Just wondering if it's worth sharing or pointing out when it can't be proven.

Like those that believe in Jeebus or any other prophet or god.

Also, I think McD does great job of getting them mentally prepared too.

How do I know?

I don't. So I wouldn't offer it on a forum or anywhere.

Missed out on the opportunity for the first modern-day NFL team (cause I don't know about the early years of the AFL and NFL) to declare bankruptcy.

Good friggin thing!

McDermott talks at 4, but I doubt he will know (or say) anything. Hopefully he practices by Thursday

Thanks. Hopefully he will be ok and out there Sunday and he gets another shot at Hopkins.

Bills should win this one, using pretty much the same scheme on D

Tre has trouble covering Hopkins, if you have Hopkins in FFL definitely start him this week.

Tale of two halfs last game. Tre had him pretty well under control until Watkins started looking for him every play in the second half and put a few balls on him. Either way, I like their chances better with Tre in the game

How's Tre? Has there been an update on his status?

After he came off they showed him sitting on athletic trainers table getting his ankle tapped. If I had to guess, if it was necessary he would have gone back in. Best guess is he tweaked the ankle... I think he's fine.

What? He held him catchless for the entire first half of the playoff game, and then caused a fumble on Hopkins first reception. Yes, Nuk had a few big catches in the 2nd half (including a deuce), but I think you’re overstating

But you do think responding, and therefore criticizing, someone else who does is a worthwhile post, despite the fact that 90% of what's posted is opinion...carry on.
