Now we know why he was tired at the combine... :)

Does this push him back in the WR line???  2nd round now?

I don’t think it changes anything. I think he already could have gone in the 2nd and this time is good for his size and what i expected. It’s mostly based on film anyway

4.56 for Higgins

Sounds like it'll probably be reported as an "official" 4.43 or somewhere around there when it's all said and done. Basically matched what NFL teams expected of him today, but might lead to some of the media guys sliding him back up their draft boards a bit as they seemed to question his speed more than the NFL did.

Remember this tweet, CLEARLY the Bills have an interest. You aren’t bringing your OL coach unless there was someone you wanted him to see up close.

Cervenka was a wrestler ??

But they are not early round OL prospects, so these guys are not targets or likely options on days 1 or 2.

I read the 4.43 on a Clemson message board just now...They said it's unofficial...But if that's close I think he's in play big time at #22...?

The 4.43 is faster than anyone on Earth expected...?

Except Tee btw...Who said he would run in the 4.4's...And it looks like he did...At least once...?

Either way...At almost 6-4 with that wingspan no team is going to be upset with that range...IMHO at least...?

What about his 31" vertical and 123" long jump?    Pretty pedestrian, even against the other tall WRs at the combine...

Why are people on the edge of their seats over a 40 time?

Tee Higgins GD tape is what you should be going by.

The obvious question is.............. Is Higgins in play at 22 or is he a 2nd round pick? We have no idea.

What about explosiveness and separation skills?    If Higgins is one of those "build up, long strider" speed types (which is what I think he is) rather than athletic/twitchy, we're talking about a jump ball guy, not a #1 WR.    We probably could get that skill set somewhere in rounds 2-3, IMO...

Maybe so...I know folks like Mims more for example, and he's got pretty good height and length as well as more explosion...No doubt you will not get a consensus on Drafting Tee...Especially at #22...

However I do get the feeling that is exactly what the Bills are going to do...I watched him a ton last year...Seemed open a lot to me and Lawrence threw it to him regardless...I have no issues with Tee assuming they don't take him ahead of the top 3 WR's......But I fully understand those who do, and why they do...We'll just have to see...?

Why are people on the edge of their seats over a 40 time?

Tee Higgins GD tape is what you should be going by.

The obvious question is.............. Is Higgins in play at 22 or is he a 2nd round pick? We have no idea.

Based on tape he should be the 4th wideout off the board.   His tape is better than Shenault's and Jefferson's.

A lot of people were worried because at one point he ran a 4.75 40 and at times he failed to separate on the field.  IMO the lack of separation is just as much an issue for Jefferson, and Jefferson made most of his money in the slot.  Higgins is a big X wideout who wins on 50/50 passes.  His timed speed does answer some questions, and I think he should be in play at 22.

I just can't see taking Higgins at 22.  He appears injury prone, and there are other WR's in the 2nd.  I'd like OT/Edge then WR.  In Rd. 1 I'd like Mims or Jefferson over Higgins, in Rd. 2 I'd go Claypool, Mims (if somehow there), Reagor.

I'd be fine trading up for Ruggs.

great points.  I'm not a Higgins at 22 guy, was at one point, but if the Bills take him there I have total confidence in the pick.  Unlike other FO's who seemed to not do their homework.

The 4.43 is faster than anyone on Earth expected...?

Except Tee btw...Who said he would run in the 4.4's...And it looks like he did...At least once...?

Clemson has a notoriously fast track.  I’d have been surprised if he had run at the Combine and gotten those times.  It’s still better than what I would’ve expected for him even on Clemson’s track.  If anything it’s going to help his draft stock.

Injury prone? Is that true? Seems like he didn’t miss many if any games in college. He got pulled from the fiesta bowl for concussion protocol but came back. What else ... I admittedly did no research

Yolo, I didn't see much of the Ohio St./Clemson game. Did Okudah stay with Higgins that game? If so how did he look? I see the box score where he only had 4 catches for 33 yards, but I also know that Ohio St. had Lawrence under a lot of pressure which forced him to run with the ball.

Yes but Higgins went out of the game very early. He came back in the 2nd half but Ohio state lost Shaun Wade to targeting by then so they had to move their DBs around and I would have to go back to see if okudah stuck with him or not. Higgins made some clutch catches but Lawrence really didn’t do anything through the air until the end and a lot of his throws went to the RB  who had immense YAC. Hard game to decipher when it comes to Higgins

I will be bummed if we pick Higgins, just have no love for this guy. Gets dinged up, not good a releasing, can suffer from the dropsies, not great at seperation, not great at YAC = not what I want, especially at 22
