If only we had a #1...

I kid, I kid, of course it would be nice to have another stud to complement Brown but after 10 weeks you can no longer say it's a fluke.  The dude can ball and isn't just a "deep threat."

Potential worry is that he will start to be double teamed and we have no real viable threat on the outside unless they can get Foster going. They’ve been using Mckenzie a lot but he’s not a real WR2 more of a WR 4

well, how do you get Foster going with ZERO offensive snaps?

Foster is the most perplexing player usage ever in my memory...too bad we don't get to see practice...

How is he making it to week 12 and not getting double-teamed already?

I don’t think he’s been considered a big enough threat? I mean I hope they don’t start... when Foster has played at the same time as Brown he has pulled coverage away from him due to his speed. But zero offensive snaps yesterday ...

but I think Knox can be utilized too on the outside

I'd think opposing teams would already see him as our only threat? I dont know.

Knox was the first thing that came to mind for me as well. Just like Kelce is the Chiefs leading receiver even though they have a ton of WR talent.

Yesterday was a big game for Knox...made some plays and NO DROPS.  If he becomes confident with his hands he has the potential to really hurt teams.

From what I've seen (watching on a TV in a crowded bar), most of his drops have come from a lack of concentration and thinking about turning up-field too early. If he can get past that, and that should be coachable, then he'll really be in business.

Since the New England game, the prescription for beating the Bills' offense has been to play Cover three with man coverage on the outside.  That has meant John Brown just needed to be able to beat man coverage, which he can do against a lot of DBs.  If his success forces defenses to double up on Brown, or shift to more of a zone look, that will open up things somewhere else.  Hopefully, Josh will have the ability to make the reads and adjust.  That will mean opportunities for others.

John Brown is a good WR1 or a great WR2.  He is not a take over the game type guy which causes defenses to do everything possible to stop him.  Still, he is better than expected.

Don't need a take over the game type. Need a move the chains type. We have that. Need more depth at WR though.

Can someone else emerge this season to help him out?

Cole Beasley is solid underneath.

The problem has been another receiver hasn’t really been there.

Can Dawson Knox be that second guy moving forward?

Or is this problem only solved with the 2020 offseason?

Foster is a slow starter, but after about 10 games....watch out!

He looked like a TOTALLY different player at the end of last year. I miss that guy! No idea what the difference is.

With Brown emerging and guys like Knox slowly coming on I think the receiving options are fine. If I had to place on concern it would be on RB2, Gore looks slower each week.

When can they pull that plug and who will replace him? Teams are going to focus on Brown and make Daboll and Allen adjust.

Mckenzie shouldn't even be a WR4. I really don't get why Duke Williams isn't on the gameday roster.

I wonder what the price would be to get a guy like Mike Evans

I would say it’s an ideal situation for a highly drafted rookie WR to come into. With the top 2 WRs as veterans.

I see Sammy Watkins is killing it at #44

Fantasy owners foiled once again.

DJ Chark at 10 lol. I just want him to know that I have full control over his stats. If I bench him he balls out. If I start him he does nothing. Never. Fails.

Pretty incredible if you think about it. Now go put AJ Green across from him next year and watch our passing game explode.

I would have no problem signing AJ if healthy and drafting one in the 2nd. It’s a WR heavy draft, a very good one will be there in the 2nd. Pass rusher in the 1st please.

You should present your case, and make a move to get on the payroll!
