Will the Bills be able to play in the Florida Weather

The Bills defense appeared to be flat in the 4th quarter in the humid South Florida weather and were gassed by long drives by the Dolphins.

Will the defense be able to stay physically strong through 4 quarters in a similar environment in Central Florida.  It is a huge change to the body to train in sub-zero temp in Buffalo and then go play in 70 degree weather in Jacksonville.    Our hope is to run the football and control the Time of Possession so that our defense remains strong and not fatigued. They have to figure out a way to get off the field after 3rd downs.

You're aware that the fieldhouse is climate controlled, yes? This isn't Rocky, they aren't training in a meat cooler.

If they lose we can use this as an excuse I suppose

Jacksonville is northern Florida. It’s not going to be 70 on gameday....it’s going to be snowing in Tampa within the next few days. It’s going to be somewhere between 50-70 down here so I’m assuming Jax will be 40-60

Ganesh, #BillsMafia is bringing the pain and the weather. Cold blast forecasted for the southern east coast.

But what about the humidity? Elevation? Coriolis effect? North Korea?

So many factors.

Coriolis only effects long time of flight plays, like field goals over 40 yards, long passes and kickoffs.

The Bills have bigger problems with short time of flight, non Coriolis kicks, like on-side kicks.

So that will be something to watch.

It's gonna be a home game for the Bills, I think they win it by picking off Bottles 2 or 3 times.

Assuming McCoy is able to play some role.

If Shady's ankle was broken, he wouldn't miss this.

Knowing our luck, Bortles will turn into the next coming of Joe Montana and throw for 350 yards and 4 TD passes.

Even if it was 70... the Bills play in 70 degree weather nearly all of September. They practice in a climate controlled dome.

It was 95* F`n degrees Sept 24th vs Denver ;)

Ummmm. They just did last week.

Yes...and they struggled in the 4th quarter against those long drives by Miami.  Hence the concern.  A weather of 50 degrees will help the Bills.

TBD Breaking Update: the defense started to get tired after McCoy got hurt and the offensive production stalled. Poster ganesh is, for some reason, surprised.

Hmmm, you do know we made the playoffs right?

Even South Florida is a relatively cool in January, being that far south. Average temp in Miami is 68 degrees. Otherwise, North Florida weather varies greatly from South Florida.

Referring to Jacksonville as being in central Florida is like when idiot media hacks refer to Buffalo as northern New York...

The temps won't be an issue either. Supposed to be 50s
