Idk I think they probably would’ve tbh…chargers and colts seem primed for implosion and they woulda had the tiebreaker over Houston with two layup games to go and two pretty difficult ones (unless the chargers implode then it’s 3 easy ones). Kinda tough to find another playoff team if it wasn’t the 7-6 chiefs in this hypothetical

That's just not true. If KC wins tonight they are absolutely making the playoffs. They still play the Chargers next week at home and own the tiebreaker over the one team that happens to be falling apart. A loss is required tonight
