Josh eschews a wide open Ty Johnson in the flat for a forced throw to Knox.  <sigh>

He didn't even look at him and instead threw into traffic.  Why is he not taking the easy lay ups ?

How can OC all over the NfL scheme simple plays to get a few yards but Brady cant? Brady is High school level play caller.

The wind is bad but all Josh has to do is put air under it. He has zero touch.

and 4th and short you throw down the field to Knox? what the hell

That was the worst series I've seen Allen have - like, ever.

Missed throws on 2 wide open guys, then missed seeing a wide open guy.

Josh picked off on 4th and 2 Josh looks very frustrated

He should be frustrated with his play.

Looked to have a one or two open receivers on his run that drive.  Needs to see the field better.

Atrocious josh. Atrocious play calling.

No. Great play calling. Josh missing throws is atrocious.

All these freaking defensive picks in the draft and nothing to show for it.  Just trash.

Until they realize that the scheme is outdated and that is the root of the problem, it doesn't matter who you draft.

Imagine if we actually used all those defensive picks of weapons for Allen.  We can't make a stop on defense anyway, so why not give Allen the talent to win shootouts.

Man, it wasn't that long ago when Schwartz was running this defense that I actually looked forward to the defense getting on the field because there was always a chance of them making a big play, a sack, a pick, whatever.  Every snap felt like an opportunity on defense.  Ever since he left, we haven't had anything like it.

It is an awful scheme.  It works against the Justin Fields of the world, and that’s it. For some reason, it also leads to excessive levels of injuries every year.
