He’s gonna be our much needed difference maker on defense. He will be elite. At this point he looks like our only pick in this draft. Everyone else is either little or no production. Hairston, Sanders and Jackson have been useless. 1 1 Quote

What a steal gettin that kid in the 4th. He will win DROY if he keeps this up. Huge add in a critical spot for this team. He and Ed, Bosa and Greg 1 Quote
Roundybout Posted Tuesday at 04:02 AM Posted Tuesday at 04:02 AM Stud. I don’t care if it’s early or he’s not playing the best talent, he’s got the IT factor that most of our roster is missing. 3 Quote
transplantbillsfan Posted Tuesday at 04:30 AM Posted Tuesday at 04:30 AM This might be the only thread I post in for the next week and a half. Walker is a stud. 1 1 Quote
T master Posted Tuesday at 01:47 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:47 PM Well in times like these you have to look for a silver lining & if there has been one that I have noticed one of the rookies picked up this year is turning out to be all that and a bag of chips to boot and that would be Walker . Tha guy was making him self known last night and also helps Ed to be more of a factor when he;s in there ! When Jones got dinged it gave him more playing time and although I'm not a "Football expert" in any way shape of form and if I'm wrong I know y'all aren't afraid to tell me and will let me know . But is Walker looking as good as I think he is ? Last night he was pushing the pile batting balls doing all the things he was suppose to or was I having a flash back to my 70's years ?? I hope they continue to utilize him and he just gets better he may be the next Ted Washington and that's saying a lot I know but I can hope ... 1 Quote
Bruffalo Posted Tuesday at 01:48 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:48 PM He's just about the only Bill who had a good game last night. I think he has a really high ceiling and we're seeing a decent floor. Hopefully the three picks ahead of him can contribute though... 1 Quote
billieve420 Posted Tuesday at 01:49 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:49 PM I just hope Walker's back holds up with how tall he is. However, he is looking like he is on his way to becoming impact player. Quote
Big Turk Posted Tuesday at 01:51 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:51 PM (edited) Walker is a Man Child out there...I mean he has been destroying the interior of defenses regularly and I don't know why they kept taking him out of the game on 3rd downs... Still has a tendency to maybe not always be in the right place but my lord this guy is going to be a problem within a year or two...this might be Beane's best pick of his career if he plays to his potential which is All-Pro level, IMO. BuffaloBillsGospel2014 Posted Tuesday at 01:53 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:53 PM He looks so far like a top tier impact player in the making. If we can find our Chris Jones that would be huge for us. Quote

sven233 Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago He looks like he can be an impact player for us for a long time. He has a unique skill set for his size which in turn allows him to do things many can't. That said, he still has a long ways to go to be a complete player. When you watch him on film, you see the highlights that everyone posts. The big plays, tackles for loss, etc. However, for each of those plays he makes, you can find just as many plays where he is getting washed out of the play because he tries to cheat a play. He'll try to backdoor a play and chase it down. But, he'll get caught and just pushed down the line or way out of his gap allowing for some of these explosive plays to happen. That said, I think it is going to be easier to fix those run fits and fix his pad levels when he gets too high than it would be to get the explosive plays. If he's a worker and wants to be dominant, he will be. He shows flashes of potential greatness, but also of being young and making poor decisions at times. Gotta find that balance. But overall, there is a lot to be excited about. 2 Quote

Great to see his development. yeah, I think he and this defensive draft and others will turn out to be very good. But we need a defensive coach NOW who knows how to use them, or this will never show itself. Starting to hope for a loss after the bye, where we see a typical babbich type defense, and that ends this man's tenure in Buffalo promptly. A loss to save the season.. Quote
947 Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago (edited) The only thing that can hold Walker back is McD's D-Line rotation. I'm really hoping we don't get Ogunjobi taking 50% of the snaps. I get the reasoning behind rotating, but Walker & Oliver should be 65%+ at this point. Edited 10 hours ago by 947 Quote

Singletary. Averaged 5.1 a carry as a rookie sharing with Gore. Similar to Walker producing and ramping up over the fast half of the year. 1 Quote
