Diggs coming back to Highmark Sunday Night

To answer the question. I think Diggs will have a “Diggs” type game. 8 receptions for 90 yards and a TD. 

They don’t need to double cover him.  Diggs doesn’t have any explosiveness anymore and mainly runs short routes.  The Tight Ends will be more dangerous that Diggs

His routes still look pretty sharp to me. I still think he has a big game. Edit:85 yards and a TD

That new found attitude would’ve served him better when he was still on the roster. Could’ve been a solid role player into his 30s if he was a team player.

This thread being only two pages says a lot. Diggs doesn’t take up much head space for Bills fans anymore, we’re focused on way bigger things.
 

FWIW I loved him from 2020 until he started quiet quitting in games in ‘23.

Agreed. I don't think Diggs coming back to Buffalo is a major storyline at all at this point. Both parties have moved on.

Allen doesn't need very good receivers to be successful these days. But that was not the case before Diggs came along. Without Diggs, Allen would not be what he is today. 

 

It was time for him to go at the end. But his impact was positive...for the most part.

ive heard multiple places that this is a "revenge" game for Diggs?  revenge for what?  he came here,  he got a huge payday here,  he was treated like a king until he started to think that he was the king.  then the relationships changed,  and he wanted out.  forced Beanes hand.  again, revenge for what?  ive nothing against Diggs.  he played his ass off for us,  in the end though,  hes not bigger than the team,  and he wanted out.  cya.

I kind of feel nothing when it comes to Diggs.  I can be grateful for what he brought to the team, but still feel zilch when I see him today. I don't like or dislike him.  He's just a dude on a division rival who I hope doesn't play well against us.

Right.  Diggs is on record saying that he wanted "things to happen" and acted to get things to happen, implied because he didn't like the direction the offense was taking.  So revenge for what?  Revenge for giving you what you wanted?

Asked "you sure about that?" when someone texted that Josh Allen would succeed as a QB without Stefon Diggs.  After Josh won League MVP, the answer was "yes, Stefon, we're sure.
