Most teams do not have defensive HC's anymore. If you have one, he's gotta be incredible at DEFENSE.

 

This defense has talent. The philosophy is weak.

again hate McDermott's small defense  Keeps your offense on the sidelines and allows itself to be ground down over the course of the game/season Hoping for turnovers and mistakes by the other teams offense
