Maybe Bills Mafia needs to find out what charity's he helps & donate something to him for helping keep this season alive for the Bills . Until they called it back i was thinking yep this is the way this season has gone for us why not 1 more to completely close the door Toney to the rescue !!

Now, Toney lining up off-sides to negate the TD was absolutely a “billsy” equivalent for the Chiefs.

I'm still amazed that our season was saved by that penalty.

 

When he scored, I was thinking that we might have a shot with over a minute and 2 timeouts.  But we would have needed a TD, and KC's defense was stingy the whole game.  Would have been tough.

 

We've had a lot of breaks go against us, so no complaints about one going our way.

When a team clutches a win from the jaws of defeat it doesn't instill confidence going forward. this team is no where near as good as it was in 2020, 2021, 2022. Not saying they cannot make a run but this team is mediocre at best. I know the offense is still producing mainly because of Allen, but the second half defense still is a problem. We needed the most ridiculous call, granted it was the correct one from a bonehead on the Chiefs to not blow another double digit lead. Great we won the game but this team has looked like it's lost the war in 2023. I've had this feeling since the Jacksonville game and all the injuries started to pile up. 

 

I don't need the Bills to win by 20+ to have confidence in them again but yea when the go ahead TD comes with a minute left is called back because of one of the dumbest misktakes you can make it's very fair to say that's lucky. The opponent beat themselves instead of you going out there and making it obvious that you were the better team. I know everyone thinks that Josh rallies the team and scores a TD with a minute left but the way that second half was going with 0 production out of the WRs and the Chiefs defense playing really well what gives you the confidence that the Bills were getting that done? I personally don't see it. Glad they got the W but this team is just not very good except from our hero Josh Allen.

If I had to pick a Billsy play from yesterday, it would be Murray taking three steps and then dropping the ball for no apparent reason, somewhat tainting a truly miraculous play from Allen.

Thank you to our friend Joe Schoen for trading Toney to the Chiefs last season. He was obviously onto something.

So I rarely watch ESPN, but I got home from work early today and turned on a show called NFL Live. I didn't learn much new, but one thing I did see was the Orlovsky guy show a bunch of video from the game where Toney was lining up Offside for MANY plays during the game, prior to the one where they finally called it. Too funny. I assume that the Chiefs will press the league office as to why it was not called all game, and then called for that key play. Just happy that the Bills got a nice break!
