sorry for shouting but you’re the 400th person to use this asinine argument:

DUE PROCESS AND “INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY” DO NOT APPLY TO PRIVATE EMPLOYERS. THIS IS NOT A COURT OF LAW.

Obviously the reference isn’t to the literal legal standard. It’s to the general theoretical approach of handling these types of matters.

You might as well post an analysis of first amendment protected speech while you’re at it. For fun!

Tim Graham not having any of this.

His shtick is tiring.  His pious line of questioning, always assuming some kind of nefarious plot or attempt to get away with something isn't well suited in press conferences.

The way the team played last night seemed to be an indication of this whole thing impacting on the field play. Our o-line was no help, but the team didn’t seem to have the same mojo as the first two games.

Quote from Beane: I do not know how he coached that game after getting that 11 page document

While I believe the accuser it is important to note that some times the accuser is not being truthful (see: Patrick Kane) and that everyone is innocent until proven guilty.

Then he proves his innocence and returns to punt in the NFL

What a shame.

The Bills were put in a bad situation, and they had very little choice.

This is the ultimate "rock and hard place" scenario. The organization doesn't have the time or luxury to keep him on the roster and let the investigation pan out for months. The distraction would've been ridiculous. Hopefully the truth comes out and justice is served.

Yes, and if it ends up that he is totally exonerated he can continue his career.  As a matter a fact some team can sign him tomorrow.

so much for innocent until proven guilty

Too much riding on this season. They did not see enough there to die on that hill for him. If there is enough evidence there to believe he is likely guilty, why stake your reputation to support him, and potentially sidetrack a championship season?

Many times these kinda events the press has a tendency to make the story about themselves instead of reporting the facts. One of the many reasons why the media is pretty much hated today
