Adding extra water and/ brushing for less than two minutes reduces the effectiveness of the fluoride in toothpaste. Order should be floss, mouthwash, then brush with soft bristled brush. Do not rinse afterwards. 🤷♂️. Technically correct, but none of us do this. Most of us also store our brushes in the open so they can collect fecal matter too.
