The 5 teams in that tier are the ones that played in the conference championship games and the Browns. Notably they have the rest of the offenses in the AFCE in the lowest tier (5). We are one of the teams that face the most QB's this year that are projected in the lowest tier, especially with all 3 of our divisional opponents being ranked that way.
