So, could be the last one they did was Jerry Hughes or something and just forgot to change the text for Josh. I hope that's what happened. Yes, this happens very often, especially when the editor has incredible deadlines for delivering the material. I myself worked as a video editor for a local TV channel. And you don’t even pretend how often we released such erroneous cuts ... that it wouldn’t fit our heads.
