But adding Mario Williams would complete the need for a pass rush, and Wallace is a serviceable #2 CB. Humm. Gilmore as well would be a quality choice. I don't think Gilmore would have anywhere near the impact that Mario would, assuming both are in their prime. Instead of a rotation of Epenesa and Jefferson and whoever else defenses would have to double Mario which leaves Hughes free to do what he does and possibly give Oliver more space to work with. The sad thing is that the Bills had some really great players but the coaching, management and culture were terrible and cancerous. With that being said, I’d say Pat Williams to plug the middle.
