Batman1876
Josh Allen is different than all the others, for the first time it legitimately feels like we have a long term franchise QB. For me it sank in when Chad Kelly was released and I did not even think we should sign him. We’ve spent 25 years hoping that with just might luck in to finding a gold brick in a junkyard that the next dude we bring in might just be the answer. So every time some interesting guy became available I’d think maybe he could be that secret treasure, now I do t think that way, we already struck it rich. Greg S
The Dallas game last year was when I started to believe we had a franchise QB. This year confirms it.

Magox
For me it was his rookie year at the Dolphins. We lost that game but I don't remember ever feeling so optimistic about the Bills outlook as after that game. The game was wild, Josh was running all over the field, making defenders look stupid, making great passes on the run and leading the team back to an almost victory. My heart was racing a million miles per hour, I happened to be at that game with my brother and father. It was truly a great game to watch and we almost pulled out a victory, with that great scramble play with Josh throwing it just a wee bit short and Clay dropping a very catchable pass. My brother, father and I all pretty much all concluded that we had found our raw, exciting future franchise QB.
BigdaddyinOrlando
For me it was after last years New England game when he made adjustments and really took care of the football, that to me showed his willingness to listen and adapt . Then all his off season workouts and seeing him progress, to me justified my beliefs and hopes that he was the one and that he is the one!
Stanley Lombardi
Ironically, for me it was confirmed by one of his his 'worst' moments -- when he tried a lateral to Knox in the playoff game. That's when I knew how desperate our young QB was to lead and to succeed. As Shakespeare never said, "You can't teach desperation." BuffAlone
Many plays to choose from. The hurdle. His abuse of Kiko Alonso (and so many others)in the run game.the Dallas game.even last year's playoff game. It starts with his drive and will to win. How he's playing this year was "best case scenario" for me. Evolution into pocket passer.Of all his plays, the first down against Dallas on a 4th down fumble did it for me. This feels so nice! RobbRiddick
When he was a rookie. I remember being worried before he got injured that first year that he wasn't making any sort of progress and the game wasn't slowing down at all. Then he got injured, missed a few and came back and threw that pass against the Jags. After that he still made mistakes but you could see he was gradually improving.
SectionC3
Throwing down Matt Judon in the Baltimore opener made me love the kid. Climbing the pocket on the throw to Bob Foster showed me he could do “it.” The Dallas game showed me he could win in big moments in hostile environments. And the Rams comeback was the game where I knew he had put it all together. The kid is everything we have waited for since Kelly retired. 2
LeGOATski
It was actually preseason of last year. Dabboll called a Brady-esque dink and dunk game for Josh and he looked great. I thought, wow this passing game is going to multi-faceted once Josh puts it all together. He's gonna be able to do it all. The offense sure didn't look like that in the regular season last year, but that was the precursor, a glimpse of the bigger picture soon to be revealed. Rc2catch
Lions game. Rookie year. 14-13 win. He was making some fantastic throws and willed the team to victory. Foster, McKenzie, Croom, Keith Ford.. I think we were down 13-0 early and he battled all game but still got the win. I remember telling my nephew there was only 2-3 quarterbacks in the whole league who could of won that game with that roster. He won me over that game (so did Kenny Golloday) and I honestly haven’t doubted him since. My only beef last season was he wouldn’t check down and left sooooo many yards on the field. And it was also the biggest difference in boosting his completion % that soooooooooooo many whined about. Happy to see him dumping it off more this year. 1

Call_Of_Ktulu
Even though we lost that playoff game to the Texans Allen made some very nice throws in that game. I was just thinking in my head that if we can get a elite WR and get lucky with a finding a WR with some size in the draft that we could transform the offense into a top 10 unit. During the season when the trade rumors surfaced with Diggs I was hoping that we made a move for him and we did. Then in the draft we hit on a big middle rd WR in Gabe Davis, I was thinking all offseason its all on Allen now to make this machine run. So for me it was the Texans game. Go Bills Honestly, it was week 2 vs. the Giants last year. Josh converted a couple 3rd and longs and that was it. For the first time basically in my life as a Bills fan, we could come up to the line on 3rd and 15 and think, "We've got this."

The Vikings, Patriots and Dallas games most of all, but the whole season showed him developing throughout it. As a side note, you lose all credibility as soon as you mention your early desires for Chad Kelly. That dude has been a train wreck since the get go.
