Where does Brady play after this season?

Recommended Posts

I have been thinking that there's a chance that Brady plays in 2020, but that his time is up in NE. IF that is so, where does he play in 2020? Basically, what team is a QB away from really making a run? I'm thinking the following teams are options:

Indianapolis

Tennessee?

Oakland??

Pittsburgh (is Ben DONE or will he be back next year?)

Chicago

New Orleans

Carolina??

Could he take Jimmy G's spot on his childhood team, the 49ers, and play his final year on the team he grew up rooting for? Probably not, but might be interesting.

What do you guys think? I think the teams I listed have varying levels of likelihood of happening, is there anyone I missed?

When he wakes up this morning and looks at these NFL stats which show him to have a lower NFL QB rating than Our Josh, he'll open a massage parlor and retire.

If he goes anywhere, it would be to the 9ers. I question if he’s enjoying the game anymore (as discussed in another thread).

Hopefully right where he’s playing now. We all deserve a front row seat to his decline

Until they have his replacement on the roster he stays with New England. I can't see Kraft letting him go.

I know it cannot be in the Bills division, as he is still shaking in his cleats after the last time we played him. Giselle will never tolerate a rattling skeleton on her couch much longer.

He will not play for another team. Guy hates having a rookie WR he needs to get coached up and acclimated to the offensive system, you think he wants to do that with an entire team? No way.

If he's not in a Patriots jersey he's at home [content removed as warning received for describing scene with son on massage table from his own documentary].

Will be interesting if the Pats take a QB in first round.  There are some good QB prospects that I think will be available at the end of the 1st round that I’m worried the Pats will snag,  Guys like Fromm, Hurts, Eason.

Brady is pretty much done and will retire a Patriot.  He doesn't seem to enjoy football anymore.

My guess is nowhere.   We have thought so before, but he  looks to be declining fast.

Even Pats fans must see the exciting athletes at the position and think something isn't right here.

He should have retired last year. I don't care where he goes, as long as he goes away.

His contract voids with a no tag clause.  Kraft can throw money at him, but ultimately doesn’t have a choice.  I think Tommy hangs em up.  A NYC team makes a lot of sense because of his wife’s career, but neither is a good fit for multiple reasons.  SF would be a great choice if Jimmy G wasn’t there, but no dice.  Chicago due to their stud defense would be a good fit for a shot at a ring, but I don’t know if he’d go there.  Maybe he retires and only comes back to save the day if someone (like Jimmy G) in the right situation gets hurt.
