streetkings01
I have a dilemma for the next 8 Sundays, I have 2 kids playing youth football and their games are Sundays ranging anywhere from 10am-2pm. For the games starting closer to 1pm and/or away games I would like to listen to the games via radio, but the WGR550 station via the Radio.com app doesn't broadcast Bills games. I tried during the Bills/Colts preseason game but couldn't find anything. Can you guys point me in the right direction? Thanks

DonInBuffalo
WGR550 is listed here: http://worldradiomap.com/us-ny/buffalo free, nothing to download.
WotAGuy
Check out the "Pro Football Radio & Live Scores" app. It usually works for me. Organized by games played each week, with streams for both teams. Sometimes have to try every stream they have listed to find one working. But it’s free! 1
Commish
Pretty sure WGR doesn't stream games on Radio.com - try NFL premium on TuneIn. Think you can get a free week-long trial.
billsfan5121
I’m shocked nobody has said you’re kids are more important than the Bills, so don’t worry about how to listen. Seriously though, I’d probably try and listen as well. I’m only kidding about the first sentence
r00tabaga
There are no free ways to listen unfortunately. I listen to my car radio if i'm not @ the stadium or @ bar.....nothing free as far as apps or websites goes. Over 29 years of fanhood
Does Verizon do free tv stream of locally televised games in buffalo? They do it here in dc or at least have in the past on celll phone and nfl app as I recall Edited August 27, 2019 by Over 29 years of fanhood
co_springs_billsfan
Doesn't NFL gamepass do live radio feeds? Not if hat works on mobile. Also, not free but could be a long term, reliable solution.
coloradobillsfan
I haven't tried it out during a game yet, but the Google Play store app "NFL Football Radio LIVE" has 12 stations listed for the Bills, and has mostly positive reviews. Lately (for the preseason games) I've just been bringing up one of the Reddit video streams but they drop out frequently, eat up data quickly, and make my phone about as hot as a nuclear fuel rod *also, oddly when I get home and bring up the WGR550 web site player on my desktop computer, I can hear the game just fine. But on my phone, nada Edited August 27, 2019 by coloradobillsfan
Xwnyer
radio feeds get cut off. Now every once in a while I can find one of the smaller cu=ity/town stations that forget to cut the feed. Otherwise get siriusxm or NFL game pass to listen if you have a smart phone put reddit on it and watch the game ?
TigerJ
My wife and I are taking a vacation to New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. I'll probably be in Cape Breton when the home opener happens. I'm not even sure I'll have internet. Radio coverage? forget it.

I just got this a few weeks ago, free as a season ticket holder.............It worked, but it seems to be like the youtube app. You can't use any other apps and play it in the background. The phone has to on it the whole time, and the lights stay on, as well, burning up the battery.

Punching Bag
Last year I listened to WGR on PC when I was not able physically handle driving to bar and watching the game there. This year WGR has been unable to provide any radio coverage of preseason games but I am hoping that it is because it is preseason. Otherwise I will need to revisit thread. They don't seem to bat an eye at paying $25 or $30 for brand new copies of "Rumors", "Eagles Greatest Hits", Led Zeppelin III. The stuff they heard their parents play. It many sound silly, but I think "Guardians of the Galaxy" was a big factor. We got a "jam-box" with a double cassette deck, and radio too..in less PC days we called them ghetto blasters. They are pretty terrible brands, but the fact that they are making them tells me there is a niche out there...and it is only a matter of time before better electronic brand names start to take notice. There seems to be a growing number of younger people who are rejecting the digital down-load. 7 minutes ago, albanyfan said: A record store (record theater?) probably sells music on cassette, too. Reks Ryan
Download the Tune in App. Relatively inexpensive and it’s reliable as long as you have good signal. I have it since early this year. Have listened to MLB, College sports, NBA playoffs, Sabres and now Bills Preseason. So far have not had single game I wanted the hear that wasn’t available. i love it
