Good pay, state benefits and it's actually pretty rewarding work when you see people turn the corner and get better. It's four years $68 MM, with a $19 MM signing bonus. He's already under contract. I don't see any reason the Bills should extend his contract past age 35. Let's not get squirrley here McBeane.
