First, why should I care? Second, he IS right you know

That is how I feel as well. He's gone. I don't care what he says.

But if I did care, I would agree with him. He will be on prime time more.

He is a good player who got paid big money by another team. I don't hate him for it and won't belittle him.

I liked him when he was here and would be happy if he stayed. He didn't. He didn't bash Buffalo or the team. He make a factual statement.

I don't read it as a dig at all. Some fans need to get thicker skin.

Would I have picked up the 5th year team option?

Absolutely.

I would not have picked up the 5th year if he cant stay healthy in the last 2 years. Picking up the option is a huge gamble. Especially if you just drafted Zay and have 2 #1s next year.

He's butt sore Bills didn't make him a big offer. His little ego was hurt. Get over it man, like honestly. You got ur big fat contract, in a big city, with a team that's got a QB. things are good for you. stop gloating. no class.

You're kidding right ?....He got a crap load of $ to play for NE...he has a very good chance of winning the SB this year.....I would say a 90% chance of making it to the AFCCG.....doesn't have to face Brady anymore.....he is now coached by Belichick.....Gilmore has won the freaking lottery..... he's probably thanking the football Gods it turned out the way it did....

I didn't either. he was letting his people know he was going to be prime time now. he was never going to amount to much in a bills uni and now he can excel in his career and I'm sure just putting that patsie uni on makes him feel invincible...

twitter is a very good source for breaking news.

been some interesting takes so far in this thread.

Most breaking news is first on twitter....even news about the Bills.

I'm not on Twitter and don't have desire to set up an account but it's certainly not worthless.

you can find that in pretty much any social media source. other than that, it is and has been a good "breaking" news source. what it turns in to after the fact is no different than any other source. trolls, rumors and insults can be found anywhere and everywhere.

It's not a huge gamble.

It's essentially a one year deal. Your paying him a lot, but it's not like the guys missed 80% of his games. And when he's out there he's a big difference maker.

As of right now, I don't think I'd have picked up his 5th year option and I certainly wouldn't sign him to a long term deal for $12M/year. There's no denying his talent when healthy...but that's the problem. He's barely broken 1,000 yards, once, and injury concerns will be there until the end of his career. A great/healthy year this year and I might change my mind.

As for Gilmore, I was shocked anyone offered him anything close to $12M/year, much less the Cheaters. I think Belichick can get more out of him, but he can't tackle for him or keep him healthy.

Why weren't "his people" getting Sunday Ticket then? Must not have cared that much about seeing him play I guess.

Any player that talks about how many primetime games "their people" get to see them in is a douche. Saying it after leaving Buffalo is even douchier. Doesn't affect any of us personally, just makes me happier he's off the team. Couldn't care if it's "just facts," if I tell my girlfriend she looks fat in a dress might be "just facts" and I'm still sleeping on the couch.

Or you could date more attractive women.

What an apt analogy for the Bills. We're all just pretending our fat girlfriend isn't.

This is a thing, huh? People are really mad over this?

Good gravy.

Funniest part is, he's not wrong. Why get upset? He most certainly will be on more nat'l broadcasts than he was here. Shocking!!
