This is a one or two win team without Josh Allen. I truly hope that we can move on from the planned mediocrity of Beane, McDermott and Brady after this year.

94 wins 49 losses at a 660 winning percentage.  Far from mediocre.

If MVP literally means most valuable and not just best stats Allen should win every year

I mean Burrow would run him close. The difference in this Bengals team with and without him....

For sure was weak, but he is know to hit late so refs may be flag happy on him

Was weak, but his helmet hit Josh in the facemask. In today's rules that a flag everytime

If Chase fights through the contact at the line, he's wide open and it's a TD. Every team plays off of him.

So letting them march down the field for two long TD drives is the better approach? Chase could also slip or get pushed down and be out of the play completely. You’ve got to try something to disrupt them. The same script we’ve rolled out every game against them doesn’t work.

This is where the whole "McDermott and Beane deserve to stay because of his win percentage" argument falls flat. McDermott and Beane have nothing to do with that TD. Allen bails us out weekly and scores 40+ every season. It would be impossible for any team not to have an elite win percentage with that kind of cheat code.

Beane assembled a drought era team around a superstar QB. Without Josh this team is picking 1st overall.
