How illegal would it be for Beane to wager players with the GM of the phins based on the outcome of the game?

 

-Buffalo loses, the phins get Benford, Cook, and Spencer Brown.

-Buffalo wins, the phins give up Waddle & Jaelan Phillips.

 

Just a fun thought. The phins should be tanking this game, so I think this will be a good opportunity to get the rookies more playing time and cohesion on defense.
