- Change this season's offensive philosophy.  Stop playing such conservative football in the first half of games. When you have Josh Allen and deficiencies on the back end of your defense, building a nice lead with some up-tempo offence will get you the #1 seed.  These guys are holding back and running the offense like we have Joe Flacco at QB.  Check the film from the previous few seasons on how they rolled teams in the first half.

 

- Demote Ray Davis and promote the Gore Jr. kid.  If nothing else, to send a message for a week or two.  Gotta give James Cook fewer touches without losing massive amounts of productivity. 

 

- May need to trade draft assets for a legit downfield threat, these outside WR's are not championship caliber guys.  

 

Babich is running McDermotts scheme, not much you can do about that in season or who could help.

 

They have to play this offense this way since none of these WR's can get seperation, Kincaid looked promising but he can't do it alone.

 

I'm ok demoting Davis but not sure Gore Jr is even an upgrade though.

 

We should have drafted Worthy that was the 1st mistake, we could have had that guy without giving up assets. Shaheed/Olave are some names out there but we don't do well with these down field players, Allen has never been that great with the deep ball imo. But even a guy who can do some gadget plays and add the element of downfield play would be welcomed for sure.

We’ve seen what a stalwart leader Terry is with the Sabres.

 

The further away he is from football operations the better
